Has most any kind of battery or light bulb you could ever need, or can order for you. Installs car batteries while you wait.

Normally great service. This time, store did not have the camera battery I was looking for. Older gentleman gave us no other option. We left.

The manager was so helpful to me and I helped sell another customer the lifetime battery for her and husband's and her watches!

I had a 2 pm appointment to get my wife a new battery for her cell. I walked in at 08:30 dropped off the phone They called an hour later said it was all done. $10 coupon off for booking online. very pleased

Cheaper to buy new watch on ebay than get new battery

Michael was super. In addition to finding the right car battery at a great price, he pointed out rebate offers AND installed the battery in single digit temperatures. I have no reason to visit the big box stores, auto supply stores, or farm equipment stores any more. I am now a loyal Batteries Plus customer.

Fellow very friendly helpful fixed my periscope no charge without making me feel dumb! Operator error! I didn't end up making a purchase because he figured out what I was doing wrong! :)

I visited this store to have batteries replaced in three wristwatches, which the store technician said that he could do. Unfortunately, the tech didn't have the correct tool for one watch (flat-blade screwdriver); the next watch he was able to open, but could not figure-out how to remove the battery retaining clip; the third watch he ruined by breaking-off two of the four retaining screws when he over-tightened the watch back (he sent me home with the parts to my father's watch in a baggie)!
This is not the place to bring a watch for battery replacement!

Wow! Wide variety of batteries are in their store but the customer service couldn't get worse. Called them to see if they had the battery and to ask for battery manufacture date before I drove there. The guy said "like I said these batteries literally fly off the shelf and I'm too busy to drop everything to go looking for a battery date for you." ok. Now I'm going to Fleet Farm.

The guys did a great job helping me out with the long 8 foot tubes. They recycled the old tubes for a good price. Excellent experience!

Had exactly what I needed, and even tested my old battery to ensure it was dead before I disposed of it. Put new battery in device to ensure it would work. Excellent customer service!

I had an "out of the box" issue involving the need to replace my car battery. When two local businesses failed to fix my issue (and had ended up wasting several hours of my time) I ran across Batteries Plus in my websearch. Admittedly, the 20% off coupon helped lure me in. However, the fact they knew exactly what I was talking about, were keenly knowledgeable of the topics at hand, and had the product I needed in stock is what clinched a 5 star rate/review from me. Very personable and freindly service. Even got me in, installed, and out reasonable quick during the lunch period. Great job guy - and gal! I will be back next week as while there I found that they had a price to fix another product issue I had a problem with at nearly half the cost of the dealership's quote.

It's ok place to go for batteries. The other stores recommend to go there if they don't have it. But unfortunately they didn't have what i needed.

Michael is a great employee. He tested my car battery and we realized it was dead. So he put in a new one. Super friendly and helpful. Will be going back in the future for sure

Good for what it says. Batteries and bulbs. Very good selection but compared to say walmart or auto zone its pricey. They do phone,watch,tablet batteries but again pricey. It is a specialty store,so if you need it and cant find it you will here. I buy my kids power wheel batteries here. Fairly cheap.

I saved more than 50% over store prices by gong online. I had to call store to check inventory because online inventory showed it was not in stock.

You might have to take a 2nd mortgage for your lawn mower battery but they got it all.

I had to get a new key FOB. They were so helpful and did a great job. My key works and it was cheaper than the dealership.

They fixed what the West side location broke. I would go back to this location again for my cell phone battery/screen replacement again if needed

Got home from vacation and dropped my phone and wouldn't you know, No Touch Capability. I was on call for work and needed a working phone. Stopped in and talked with Wade. He looked at the phone and within 5 minutes I was out the door with a working phone. (Digitizer needed to be reseeded) Great, quick service. And reliable. I will go back again.

ordered online. after waiting 2 weeks for notification of delivery to store and hearing nothing, went to store. Told batteries would be there next week. Waited another week. Called local store and was told Oh yeah, they are here. Don't know why you were not contacted.

They re easy to work with. They didn t pressure me into any additional products, which is nice. I felt like I got a good product when they replaced my screen. Highly recommend.

When I finally figured out my phone battery was bad I called and they had a battery. There was a less expensive option of the same quality and they recommended that instead of the more expensive one . Not only did they put the battery in, but the young man even helped me with some other phone questions. As long as I was there I looked at the new kinds of light bulbs and they thoroughly explained the different options. Everyone was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. They had a lot of knowledge and were really great to work with.
