I had an "out of the box" issue involving the need to replace my car battery. When two local businesses failed to fix my issue (and had ended up wasting several hours of my time) I ran across Batteries Plus in my websearch. Admittedly, the 20% off coupon helped lure me in. However, the fact they knew exactly what I was talking about, were keenly knowledgeable of the topics at hand, and had the product I needed in stock is what clinched a 5 star rate/review from me. Very personable and freindly service. Even got me in, installed, and out reasonable quick during the lunch period. Great job guy - and gal! I will be back next week as while there I found that they had a price to fix another product issue I had a problem with at nearly half the cost of the dealership's quote.
