From poor delivery reliability (shop indicates 3-5 weeks, customer service confirmed 2 months, one week after the appointment, only after repeated inquiries, is put off for another 2 months), incorrect delivery, notification of collection of the incorrect delivery to the invoice instead of the delivery address, incorrect information (customer service claims in bitchy manner of having executed the order with the wrong delivery) the supplier covered everything negative in which an online shop can fail. Not recommended, buy elsewhere and save the hassle ...

I placed an order. I am satisfied with the material, on the other hand big disappointment with the service. The delivery guys broke a door, we declared it the same day. There is insurance in these cases!
We were told that we lied and they refuse to pay the cost of repairing the door.
