Being refurbished at the moment. Which was disappointing. I really don't like cathedrals that make it difficult to visit without paying a suggested donation. My local cathedral doesn't do this and they always get a larger donation than Baths suggested donation.

Interesting Victorian Abbey nearly lost in the encroaching city.

Beautiful church in Bath. The architecture is incredible to see and the detail inside is breathtaking. Well worth stopping in either before or after visiting the Baths - they're right next door.

Nice and already. It is very tall and the windows are huge, but not in all the windows there are drawings or completely open

Bath Abbey with entrance fee. In "tribute" there is the multilingual illustrative brochure. Very beautiful inside and well preserved. Open to the public only from 1 to 2.30 so plan your visit !!

Beautiful Abbey but they guilt you into paying to go inside though even though it's a suggested donation.

My family of 4 got in for a tenner, the staff were very generous and nice. You can light a candle inside and write a prayer on a post it note if you like. Nice and peaceful. Pity about the renovations blocking off a quarter of the place though.

Loved the experience and the information provided. I went with Golden tours and we had a pre-arrival information and audio when we got there

Very Lovely Abbey, come in when it's quieter and remember it closed for service on sundays.

Very nice staff. The visit is complete. Allow about 30 minutes for an entire visit. If you are passionate, you can count at least 1 hour. Small flyer available for free in all languages. To visit !

It's a worthwhile trip, don't spend 4 pounds to buy tickets, donate freely

Great antique church but i am not familiar with the lound music inside.

The Abbey is truly stunning, you can see a lot of thought went into to design and construction and it has been maintained brilliantly. It's a must visit if you are in town.

Its simpy amazing to visit and spend few weeks in Bath

Lovely Abbey. The tower absolutely worth a visit. The volunteers obviously enjoy showing tourists behind the scenes.

Beautiful church. And the whole atmosfere feels like you are somewhere in Rome instead of England which is a nice change.

A marvel, worth a look if you have time to leisurely walk through Bath.

Took my daughter, 9. We had a good time. Go up the bell tower. The two young men who guided the tour were excellent. Sorry guys, forgot your names. Child friendly.

Not a good experience at all. The set-up is designed to relieve visitors of money as its only purpose. Whilst should be free to visit God you are 'encouraged' to pay on entry to find a large proportion of the church inside is cordoned off More

Superb gothic church, was partially under maintenance when visited but worth seeing.

Brilliant place to go for a weekend, really enjoyed it.

Lovely building undergoing massive renovation at the moment. But there is still a lot to see, beautiful stained glass windows, more wall memorials per square inch than I have ever seen. The staff or volunteers are all friendly and helpful and a nice little souvenir shop. The building work restricts access hence the 4 stars.

Wonderful Abbey, work was taking place inside while I was there hence three not five stars
