Bateaux Parisiens Review

Great experience, I tried it in the evening and the atmosphere was spectacular. The navigation was interesting on a cultural level, but also very relaxing. Seeing Paris from the illuminated Seine, he created in very romantic settings. Dispassional advice for families but also for couples.

Too bad there are no more comments along the way. Should we take mm headphones for the French?

One of the best things we did in Paris. Highly recommended. It's a bit pricey, but was well worth it.

This trip impressed me, it is worth doing it in the afternoon, the sun gives to the buildings and you can have spectacular photos.

They cannot leave Paris without taking the boat tour on the Seine. Without a doubt the best of the trip !!

You have to be patient with people as you wait to board the cruise. Some people think by cutting the line they will get a better seat. Everyone will get a seat! Once on the boat we encountered a couple of annoying people that blocked our view with their bodies trying to get the perfect selfie. Other than that it was very enjoyable. You will be able to get some amazing shots of the Eiffel Tower. Look for the angels keeping the bridges safe at the bottom of the bridges!

Amazing dinner cruise that i made on Bastille Day!!!! Awesome experience to do with your loved one!!! We can hear beautiful music while we re eating and floating on river seine!!!

Good cruise but enclosed boat made pictures a challenge.

This boat tour takes you along the Seine River and shows you many incredible buildings and architectural designs in Paris. There is outdoor seating at the top of the boat for great picture taking, or you can sit inside where it is warm and comfortable. They do have listening devices so that you can learn about the various sites you are seeing. The only downside to a boat trip is that you can only see one side of the boat at a time. I would recommend going twice and sitting on a different side each time. The tour itself lasts about an hour, but it takes about 2 hours to do the trip because of the waiting in line and the deboarding process.

Stroll through the beautiful Seine River, lasts about 45 minutes unforgettable, really cool.

The cruise is the same as others, but the attention by the workers is very good and very attentive. Thank you very much to the Lord for the help he gave us yesterday, October 2.

Exciting boat trip to discover Paris from the quiet Seine

Terrible experience, couldn't hear the tour guide, nor could she speak english or french very well.

For the price is ok. Not many frills. But the boat is nice and clean and good commentary.

Not a bad trip along the Seine but the commentary was a little pretentious in places and the view from inside wasn t great but it was raining.

More than two hours in line and we have only made half a visit because Elrio was tall but they do not notify him until he has moved the cruise

The sites are great. The boat is clean and has a bathroom. The crew are super nice. I did the sight seeing tour only. To get the best view you need to use the roof top deck. To hear the audio tour from the roof you need to use your phone. I didn't hear about 90% of the audio because the signal kept dropping. If you sit inside you can use their device to hear the tour but the view is bad inside. The 10% of audio I heard was interesting. I would only recommend for someone that already know Paris.

Beautiful one hour experience on the Seine. Check out from under the Eiffel Tower. The cost is 15 but with the Paris Visite pass is granted to 13. The boat is equipped with audio guide.

Boat trip on the Seine, entertaining and fun going through all the emblematic monuments of the city and its famous bridges.

Excellent tour and value for money. The boat leaves every 30 minutes and they are on time. We got to see views lots of the main attractions in Paris and got a little history about the buildings. I d highly recommend this.

While navigating on the Seine you discover the monuments along the banks, you are served a sublime lunch or dinner. The ride is nice and relaxing, the room is not noisy during the meal. We are not on each other.

beautiful trip spoilt by appalling commentary, difficult to locate sites and the effort to create a romantic experience failed by the use of pretentious and difficult to understand language. please make it more simple to follow.

It lacks comments on the monuments that we visit because we do not know Paris damage I was disappointed by the cruise

Fairy setting, I recommend the privilege service you have the impression of eating on the water. Servers at the top ... and especially Roman, really available and thank you for the small anecdotes.

I used it as a transport to visit the attractions along the river as I could leave and return (at the points) whenever I wanted. I bought a pass for 2 days.

It's free with the Big Bus and it's at that level. We couldn't get the app to work but it was a lovely night so we just looked at the sights, which was totally fine.

I'm very disappointed by my experience with Bateaux Parisiens. We booked a reservation at 8:30 PM a day prior to us flying in from a different country. We were hoping Bateaux Parisiens would be able to show us the beautiful landmarks of Paris during our 10 hour layover. Unfortunately, we arrived 10 minutes late due to complications on our flight and transportation (RER train) to Bateaux Parisiens. When we arrived, there were three boats that had not yet departed. They refused to let my family on board and to my dismay, they allowed another group who also arrived 10 minutes late on board. They shut the door in front of our faces and we could see that there were tables still available that had not yet been occupied.

To an extent, I understand our mistake of arriving 10 minutes late. However, it was unfair for my family to see another group allowed inside the boat when they also arrived 10 minutes late and ALSO to see that there were tables that were still available - even one by the window. We spent a large sum of money on our reservation to get the best seating only to have the doors rudely shut.

I'm still awaiting a reply from their customer service on a refund. I will continue to update the process of receiving a refund if they so choose to respond because from what I've read thus far from the reviews, it seems they severely lack in customer service department.

Very nice views. Very relaxing. Would recommend to do this trip in the evening or at night especially in the summer as you can see the Eiffel Tower light show from the water.

A must do evening cruise.. experience the best Paris in the night

Scenic cruise. However the tickets you purchase in advance need to be validated at the ticket counter. If you miss which most people do, you will be sent back to stand in line. So ensure that irrespective of the tickets you hold from an advance purchase, do visit the counter for them to issue a fresh set of tickets. The boat ride is awesome if you take just before sunset.
