The charming trip, missing explanation of the places that passes.

My lunch cruise on the Seine was a privileged, romantic moment in a setting where the welcome of the flight staff and that of the restaurant take you into a world of refinement, elegance (air-conditioned) that we tend to forget in our current Parisian restaurants. The timing is rigorous because in a 1 hour cruise on the Seine you have admired the banks of the Seine briefly commented and tasted a delicious menu consisting of: aperitif, starter, main course, cheese or dessert and drinks (choice of white or red wines, or champagne, still or sparkling water), chosen from a generous menu. A violinist played and sang in the soft background some pieces of classical music and very famous French songs. We came out happy, relaxed. All this for less than 60 per person. To renew without hesitation.

Enjoyable trip. Nice food and pleasant staff. Nice way to see a bit of Paris.

Pleasant trip on the Seine. Boat hot despite the winter temperature.
Excellent opportunity to get on and off as you like and visit the most beautiful attractions in Paris

cruise without more. it's not really immersive. it is better to take a tuktuk, it is much more interesting with a guide

You must be outside to see all the monuments. But you do not have access to comments. Pity

The wait was very annoying. We had tickets in advance but still had to wait a long time. Can be attributed to the staff and the equipment. However, the majority of individual employees worked somewhere.
The ride itself was good. Everyone had an audio guide at their disposal, the staff on the ship were extremely nice and helpful.
Overall good, only the beginning was annoying.

Superb ride on the Parisian Boat, we see and know to see Paris from another angle.

After the reconstruction, the parking lot, the bus to Sena will not go any more, as it happened a few years ago

What a beautiful ride along the seine. We leave at sunset and just before we start moving, the Eiffel tower lights up before our eyes. What majesty!
Very romantic and perfect for receiving a wedding proposal. Towards the end of the tour, when you come back under the tower, it will be a wonderful effect

We did the 6pm 1.5hr river dinner cruise and it was great! The service was fast and the food was really good. They gave you a menu before you got on the boat and listed at least 4-5 options under each section. It was a great value!

No complaints about the sights, lovely cruise thanks to the beautiful Paris landmarks. However, boarding needs to be somehow optimised or at least better attended by the staff. Also the manner the staff hurries you off the boat can be much improved. Why on earth do you have to yell at me while I'm taking a picture of the Eiffel Tower and be completely rude to lingering passengers when people are still queuing to get off the boat? I hope this was a one off and not the norm...

Sailing down river Seine. Well organised and saw many interesting sites. Made a difference to the trip to Paris.

Dinner cruise.
After boat break down i got told to get a refund of my 400 .
I ask for E-Mail confirmation and received it directly. But...
After 10weeks still no refund and no answer to my E-Mails or phone calls!
I had to contact my credit card company and we are still fighting to get the money.
This not the way a company should treat their customers. And it seems like i am not the only one with this kind of issue with this company in the past!

It is best to take a trip on the Seine just before sunset. In the first half you will see Paris in the light and return in the dark

This tour is terribly organized! I came on a weekend, and the queue was horrendous! They pack everyone like sardines on the first deck even though the second deck was empty.We also asked to upgrade from the standard river cruise ticket that we purchase to the dinner one, but was swiftly turned down by the lady at the information counter that it's not possible. No explanation whatsoever. No flexibility in terms of changing tickets! Just take a walk along the Seine, a river cruise is unnecessary! Even the locals don't do it!XD

The attention to the customer is catrastrofic even the supervisor !, plain people who are just for the money and nothing else.

No wifi network for comments and no replacement by oral comments .. so disappointed

A bit too expensive for a 1 hour boat ride, around 15 euros. But if you stay only a few days, maybe it's worth it, dinner or apericena options are also available

The dinner cruise was very good. The food was also better than expected.

Use it in the evening, the seine and the buildings that surround it are truly magnificent

We did the boat ride at night on our last day in Paris. It was 15 Euros each for a one hour boat ride. A good way to relive the sites you likely saw while there. I would do it at the end of the trip rather than the beginning.

I am writing this email to show my upset and dis-agreement about your service.

I have already paid for the dinner and the boat sightseeing on 28th, April, 2018. However You annouced that you cancled my service without any pre-announcement while You just sent the email to confirm with me about the dinner the day before. Your reason was realeased due to a private party or something, I really dont carr how much they paid for that. However, once you released the service for the guesses, they paid, You do not have right to cancel it. It is unaccepted.

I was planed to have a proposal with my girlfriend at that time on board after your dinner, and now everything was destroyed by your inresponsible.

I ask you for pay demages and also refund for me fully.

I am waiting for your respond.

Very romantic river cruise. A bit expensive especially if you sit up front. No reserved seating. You are told that you will be in this section of the boat. So getting a window seat is not guaranteed.

Do not make the mistake to take this company - loud, crowded, long waiting time. Poor audioguide. Overall bad experience.

They place in the same line to board people who have purchased tickets with those without tickets, which slows down the line and extends the passenger stay in the waiting line. The whole reason to purchase the tickets ahead of time is to minimize the waiting time outdoors.

Great food, good entertainment, amazing views. This is such a good lunch cruise, you can't pass on this!

It was a remarkable experience, to celebrate the 3 year wedding anniversary on this cruise in a super romantic dinner! I recommend !

They have great boats to ride around Seine. Good commentary. You get this tour included in your Paris PassLib if you buy 5 days variant. They have a good gift shop on shore. Has a lot of little trinkets and souvenirs.

A lot of very pretty views but the places are sold saying that it is a small tour on the Seine to comment for 30euro but the comments are only 5 sentences and speak only of things extremely known and for more detailed comments you have to pay 5 euros Moreover!!

Not for the price, but worth the price. Not reserving tickets online makes one take the shorter queue.

After a visit to the spectacular Eiffel Tower, a 5-10 minute walk will get you dockside for a leisurely cruise down the Seine River.

With a duration of 1 - 1.5 hours these cruises are very popular so best to arrive early to ensure a seat.

Some of the tour groups which fast-track entry to the Eiffel Tower include an option for a cruise ticket; eg: The History Group - with the cruise ticket typically valid for 6 months.

A highlight, although with some sadness, was a view of Notre Dame and the recent devastating fire and restoration efforts.

The Seine River is very busy with a mixture of sightseeing boats plus private houseboats in all shapes, sizes and colors scattered along the route.

On what was a beautiful evening many Parisians were out on the banks of the Seine sipping champagne, drinking wine & beers and eating all sorts of foods - dips, tapas, bbq, fruits etc....you name it, they were probably eating it!

It's nice to see our beautiful city of light from the Seine. Nice ride! 15 euros per visit, a bit expensive anyway.

Sit inside in the crowded interior and get the commentary but not be able to see anything. Or sit outside in the rain with no commentary... Great choice...

It was a lovely dinner cruise for my last night in Paris. Beautiful view of the city. I only wish our had been dimmer inside for better views - they weren't bad, but could have been better

We did the walk at sunset. We could see how Paris was going on. Magical. There are stories in different languages about the places you are going through.

Super little cruise along the meanders of the Seine

Beautiful ride down the Seine altho the audio thingamajig was not very good. After awhile, we decided to not listen and just enjoy the ride. Also hard to get good photos without having boat parts or other people included. The ride was quite enjoyable.

Comments to listen on mobile phone. Comments very emphasized in terms of vocabulary. Not enough history we get lost in the pictures, it's a shame. I would have preferred a less colorful and more effective comment

High-quality meals and beautiful scenery, only when the waiter is rude to stop taking away the paid wine, everything is fine.

Spacious boat with covered space on the lower level and a second level outside, above. The ride is commented via a download link on the phone for those who wish. It is always nice to rediscover the bridges and monuments of Paris by the Seine. One of the essential activities to do in the capital.

If you want to do it at night, at 21 hours there are a lot fewer people than at 20

Great tour, nice atmosphere, I would recommend to go just before sunset, to the also the evening version of City of light. Bit pricy, but definitely worth taking if short time in Paris, or if yoy want to show you friend your city.
Touristic place (so do not expect big quality and hygene, but decent place).

A great boat ride on the river "Seine", you drive past many attractions, you can see the city and the beautifully decorated bridges. Recommend the tour at sunset, because a particularly nice mood comes up.

Floating restaurant with views of Eiffel tower. Menu is limited in scope, but the food offered is of good quality. Prices are ok despite the prime view location, and you only live once...
