Dinner cruise.

Dinner cruise.
After boat break down i got told to get a refund of my 400 .
I ask for E-Mail confirmation and received it directly. But...
After 10weeks still no refund and no answer to my E-Mails or phone calls!
I had to contact my credit card company and we are still fighting to get the money.
This not the way a company should treat their customers. And it seems like i am not the only one with this kind of issue with this company in the past!
