Very poor service. Posing as interested and enthusiastic with an ideal vacancy for you. Once you have visited them, they think they have you and you will not hear from them again for a month. When they have finally arranged an application for you, they forget to send a confirmation to you and to the company, which means they will not expect you at all when you come by for your "planned" application. Nevertheless, I was invited to the second round, the evening before that interview, Bast canceled the interview with the employer without consulting me. The reason Bast gave was that they did not find me serious enough (I had not practiced an IQ test while they apparently thought it was mandatory). This while I was invited by the company for a second interview.
In summary, they are sloppy and sabotage your applications if they want while the company is interested in you. Would not agree with this and strongly discourage anyone. There is no added value about responding to vacancies yourself. (They also do not have exclusive vacancies that are simply online at linkdin).
I have applied for a job via Orion and recruiter was inviting me to their office for a more detailed talk. I was so enthusiastic that I accepted to come. But I shouldn't. I've spent my time and money to get there for a chat which we could do on the phone. I've never got to the employer for an interview because apparently it was cancelled. I found out that because I was the one to send an email to my recruiter. He then promised to arrange an interview with another company and since then I didn't hear from him anymore.
Nice to work with. They look carefully at what suits your ambitions and work with great customers under good conditions. In addition, there was good contact with both the recruiters and the business managers within the organization. Even now that I have started at the customer, I regularly have good personal contact with my business manager. I am also very happy with my new position!
