I have applied for a job via Orion and recruiter was inviting me to their office for a more detailed talk. I was so enthusiastic that I accepted to come. But I shouldn't. I've spent my time and money to get there for a chat which we could do on the phone. I've never got to the employer for an interview because apparently it was cancelled. I found out that because I was the one to send an email to my recruiter. He then promised to arrange an interview with another company and since then I didn't hear from him anymore.
