Their pastries are gooie, they always put some gooie sticky crap all over them, and the place is dirty not to mention VERY EXPENSIVE. The Hispanic check out clerk is VERY unfriendly. I think she has a problem with white people. My wife says it is insulting to go there and avoids it 99.99% of the time even though it is less than a mile away. The only reason we go there is because there is a Wells Fargo in the store.

Moving from Houston, I found it friendly (customers & employees), mild and quaint-good ol' down home Safeway feel (with the red punch in those plastic gallon containers). Being a native of Las Vegas, it took me back to the former Safeway stores - which I see are current here in AZ. I wondered about them as I've frequently driven by,,, I will return!

Five stars is not enough for this store, they gave me full attention and helped me with last minute ingredients for my Christmas dinner and the store is well stocked and clean and prices are compatible with the other major stores

So the Deli here could use some help. Hate that a store this large doesn't have a number system, and customers are left to battle it out amongst themselves when Deli Debbie calls out, "I'll take whoever was next!"
Ordered some "Lacey Swiss," which I assumed the Deli gal would know to be Boar's Head Lacey Swiss. Nope. Got home with Alpine Lace (not-even-close-to-being) Swiss cheese. My own fault for not being more vigilant in checking my cheese order, but now I'm stuck with an inferior, sub-par product! Ew.
Funny, our local Wal-Mart might not have the fancy Boar's Head brand, but they do have my favorite Polish Ham (Krakus), and deli workers who have more than 1/2 a clue! How cheesy for Basha's.

Convenient with covered parking, but it's a smaller grocery store and doesn't carry as many varieties as some of the bigger stores. Still, many of their prices are better than the bigger stores plus it's usually quicker for checkout

Food City quality with AJ's prices.

Food City quality with AJ's prices.

This place used to be decent. Now it's not. Dirty, terrible food, high prices, mean employees.

Horrible customer service. At these high prices, as a customer, I don't expect to have to work so hard just to get mediocre customer assistance with attitude. When I finally do get help, I definitely do not expect to have to wait for two employees to finish their conversation about what they want at Los Favoritos taco shop before assisting me. I should have stuck with the new Fry's up the road: better prices, better selection, and always a great customer experience.

I love this bashas! Everyone is friendly, deals are great, produce is fresh and meat is top notch! If you have never checked out the taco boxes they sell in the meat Dept, you must! Flavorful meat at a great price every day! Super easy dinner and enough to save half and freeze! Also, if you need anything made in the bakery, Cindy is really talented and helpful! The cashier Bonnie is so friendly and sweet! Feels like home every time I go!

This Basha's has the best bakery! I don't stop here as often as I should, but when I do, I always pick up some of their homemade potato rolls. They're like fluffy clouds and perfect for sandwiches.
They also have a nice produce section here too. I like the small town look and feel of this market, it really makes you feel at home.
