I have been shopping at this location for 10 years this location is phenomenal to shop at because one you do not have screaming out of control kids to the parking is usually really good you have covered parking here and it tends to be mature older individuals that have manners

a thousand items I want at a reasonable price. I look for the discounted items. I wish the deli would sell their old food for half Price. For those of us who are struggling financially we need a half price produce area. Please.

This store has a decent selection of organic and vegan/vegetarian friendly foods. They also have a sushi chef, a brick oven pizza deli, and a nice selection of locally brewed beer. The cashiers are really friendly.

Bakery employees were rude and acted put out when asked for help. Tried to use self checkout due to only 2 checkers and lines 10+ deep in each line and the machine malfunctioned. Stood around waiting for assistance and no one came. I finally had to go hunt someone down to fix the problem. All in all very poor customer service!

I am not a fan of Basha's but of all the Basha's locations I have been to, I would have to say this is the nicest one as far as appearance is concerned. They keep the store clean but when you first walk in it kind of has a sewer type smell which can be off putting. I do have to admit that I am a fan of their doughnuts. They make a mean buttercream filled donut that is very good! Their pizza is also decent most of the time. Bashas is owned by Food City so you get the house brand items under that name. They are smaller than other grocery stores so your selection of items are somewhat limited. I also find their prices to be higher than the competition. The staff is usually friendly and going through check out is usually pretty quick.

Picked up a few things and as usual had a pleasant and friendly greeting from the priduce dept. and the checkout cashier. I enjoy stopping there because they always seem to care and reflect it by their service attitude. I cosider this Basha My Store.

Very happy with your store excellent services excellent deli. Everything soo clean just an example of what a store should be. Just one thing many customers that shop there are not very nice people. Just please put a sign on the doors so people can read be entering the store to please smile no need for ugly faces.

I can't believe this store still in business. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. And when you go to check out and you don't have a Bashas card, they will not help you by giving you a generic one.

Bashas' is a great local store. Having shaded parking is outstanding and nearly one-of-a-kind. Selection is good but space limitations prevent it from being great. Store employees are better than most in attention and and courtesy. Prices are not high but tend not to compete with large stores nearby. It's availability gives it a big boost in rating.

TRIGGERED EMPLOYEES TRY TO SELL BURNT PIZZA AFTER HOUR WAIT ((NOT CLICKBAIT))

I called in a pizza order and was told 35 min. I went in at that time to pick it up but nobody would even acknowledge me. They were too busy helping the people in the fried chicken line.

Every time the employee would ring up someone's order he would ask if they were picking up a pizza. I told him that I was and it should be ready. He said he was only concerned with who was next in line. Even though at this point I had been standing there for 10 minutes.

Two more employees came over to help. One of them noticed the pizza still in the oven, extra burnt, and asked why it hadn't been taken out yet. She took it out and set it down. 5 minutes later, still waiting, one of the employees ask if the pizza is okay to sell. The other says it is a special order and proceeds to cut it up.

So I left. 50 minutes after I ordered. I will never go back to bashas. Terrible customer service and rude employees. I will enjoy saving money at the new frys down the street. I hope it puts this Bashas store out of business.

It was a pretty typical grocery store. It gets above a three because I would say it is cleaner than average. I can't give it five stars because beyond the cleanliness I didn't see anything that made it super amazing.
