Myself and my siblings came to this law firm for help with our father s estate and have had the most horrible stressful experience. Ask a simple question... Wait 2 weeks for a response. zero communication. Trust me when I say, anyone who gave them 5 stars and says they are quick to respond are either interns or related to them. Read the reviews and you ll see that they all sound like commercials. Be serious! The only time we know something is going to happen is after it happens. No explanations of absolutely anything that s going on. If you re lucky maybe the lawyer s assistant will write you back. Only if you re lucky. A lot of the information we received about our case comes from us having to call the courts ourselves. I highly highly highly recommend you search elsewhere!!!!!! we haven t felt like anyone cares or is even fighting for us since day 1. I don t normally leave reviews, but if I feel like we ve been swindled, I have no choice. The worst part is, they ve already got our money.
Amy peterman is a terrible attorney, she is only about the money. This firm keeps any unused money from the retainer they collect, even after they have lost the case for you. Beware and if you are even thinking or using Amy Peterman make sure you investigate her thoroughly, there is nothing good about her. Also, they pay to have any bad reviews taken off the Internet, so this will be gone soon!

My parents selected this firm. Unfortunately, one of their former lawyers did not place property in the trust as she was asked to do. This resulted in expenses and delays in closing the estate. I am a very skeptical person who has a difficult time placing trust in the hands of another, especially when the consequences of it is tied to a result in which I may have no control. BRMM Elder Law was recommended to us by a friend. For a reasonable fee, a trust was set up for each of us. Also, we were armed with documents to convert all bank accounts, etc. to the trusts. Probate will be completely avoided for all current and future assets. We later took my Mom and her documents which were set up by another lawyer. These were updated and revised. This was a great help when Dad was receiving long term care and then passed away. We have since recommended Don Rosenberg to other friends. Even if you are currently involved with probate, it is worth checking to see if BRMM can improve the situation, and then set up trusts for survivors.
