BRMM Elder Law was recommended to us by a friend. For a reasonable fee, a trust was set up for each of us. Also, we were armed with documents to convert all bank accounts, etc. to the trusts. Probate will be completely avoided for all current and future assets. We later took my Mom and her documents which were set up by another lawyer. These were updated and revised. This was a great help when Dad was receiving long term care and then passed away. We have since recommended Don Rosenberg to other friends. Even if you are currently involved with probate, it is worth checking to see if BRMM can improve the situation, and then set up trusts for survivors.
