Heather and Will were phenomenal!! They helped my husband and I purchase the coolest Seadoo and hooked us up! Extremely personable and great customer service! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family!
I came in randomly to the Barney s in brooksville Florida and was meet by a saleswoman at the door. I wanted a ski that they didn t have on hand so the manager went out of his way to get me what I wanted. The saleswoman made sure I knew everything about the ski and it s performance. I really like the team over there in brooksville. They are easy to talk to and more then willing to help you out. Great experience overall. I ll be back to get another ski soon !

Our experience with Barney's was truly amazing! Heather and Will were very friendly and professional, this place is truly a place of business that will draw in the customers with the type of staff they have on board. We were so excited we had to tell the family about Barney's and low and behold my sister and her husband just bought their very own side by side from Barney's. We will be back!
Pretty sure I won't be back here for any kind of service anymore. Three weeks to replace a battery, and do an oil change on a Spyder s a bit ridiculous. Not to mention it was dirtier when I got it back than when I brought it in. Lesson learned.
I will definitely go back. Bill was informative, super friendly and easy to deal with. Straight up honest service with the store. From first contact with Bill to the finance department with Will at the end! Even the parts dept was courteous and welcoming! Made me feel like part of the Barney family!
Bought a new bike at Barney's service was excellent. Can't comment on price, it took 4 months to get the bike I ordered so got no discount. Maybe next time.
Love this place just bought our grandson his 1st 4 Wheeler. Its for his Birthday. Everyone there is so nice, very helpful. I did my research definitely best prices Anywhere. and I checked them all.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I was shopping for a Can Am side by side and I stopped in and the salesperson Heather helped me out. She was absolutely fantastic and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately she did not have what I wanted and I found a great deal on a used one that was a private sale.
I brought the new to me unit to the Brooksville location even though its an hour from my house to be serviced because of the great experience I had with Heather. It was due for its 50hr service. They charged me over $400 to do the service and Im not sure they even did it at this point. I had also asked them to look at the brakes as I didn't think they were stoping fast enough. Service advisor told me yep they are in great shape. I have a 15 year old son that drives this unit as well as myself. Our lives could have been in jeopardy or we could have been seriously hurt because of the negligence of this place and its employees. The brakes are so worn that it was metal to metal. I only found out because I was changing tires and looked at them when the tires came off. Buyer beware of the service Department at this place.
Everyone there was amazing, especially Heather she was awesome and made the entire process so much easier, definitely recommend!
Not a place to go for service on anything you own. 10 weeks to fix a problem they didn't catch the first time it was in for 4 weeks. No communication whatsoever, always pointing an accusatory finger elsewhere or blaming the length of time it was taking on their own mechanics or lack thereof. When the manger finally got involved the insincerity was a bit overwhelming, the refund of the "parts" money only from the first attempt at service and the promise of free oil change coupons ( which never came through) would make anyone turn away from ever using this place again for service. Tampa Powersports is the way I will go for future Spyder repairs.
