Poor engineering on the 25 gal. Tote along.can't dump all liquid .waste gate mounted too high,not allowing fluids to evacuate.

I had a tire go flat on our 32 gallon tote. Called to ask about getting a new tire as online you can only buy the kits. Without hesitation no questions asked they said they would send one out at no charge. Wow now that s 5 star customer service. They will always have our business.

Second time I've stopped here to get RV parts/accessories. They are incredibly kind and customer oriented! This time I needed some new parts for my blue buddy gray water tote. Although I expected and offered to pay for the pieces, they just gave me what I needed and said "enjoy camping!" What an exceptional experience. Please support this Michigan-based company!

Wow! We needed shear pin for our 2007 rv slide. Called Barker because they manufactured the original. Not only sent a pin, they sent 3 NO CHARGE! Now that's standing behind your products.

Bought 42 gallon tank 3 years ago, dump valve was broke after 1 year, they sent me a new one right away, just this week the front tires were both bad and went to the manufacturer as we were camping just 30 mins away and they gave me 2 new tires with rims and wouldn't accept payment.... great customer service
