The only good experience was the purchase of the car. Although I still stand by my original review, I have to add that their sales consultant, Freddie, helped me solved all of the issues I had originally. I called and left several messages to Barberino Nissan and they never called back or helped at all, I decided to call on a Friday to the sales person that helped me get into my new car, Freddie, and by Monday he had an answer for me, he called me back and helped me solved everything. The only person I would highly recommend from Barberino Nissan in Wallingford is their sales consultant, Freddie. Thank you Freddie for all your help, hope that Barberino Nissan in Wallingford appreciates what a great employee you are.

Because of my lower credit score, I expected either to settle for a car I really didn't want or be denied altogether. Instead, I left with a brand new car (yes, a 2021 model,) and am very satisfied with my experience. In addition, I have a service plan and am financed at a fair interest rate with my previous lender. I have worked with Barberino in the past and have purchased several vehicles from them. I definitely recommend them!
