No saaf safai work.
Really pathetic builder and campus.
Poor builder , Uma agarwal & all staff are not supportive .
They work like goverment , non sense people .
Waste of money , Lier & wrong commitment.
Please beware their trap.

Pathetic/very poor builder. Staff is rude and does not know their responsibility. Even after paying full registry amount on Nov, 2019 till now they did not handover my 1bhk (urban home) till today June 12, 2020, after my multiple follow up with builder, registry done at last FEb 2020 but still do not have flat. They promised to give in 3 years. Bit stilI did not get as after 5 years have completed. Fake builders.
Construction quality is low grade and even a layman can see and understand material and strength of the project. Also during registry, they charge anything without any valid reason.
Dont buy their property.

Most arrogant and unprofessional people. They are the worst developers builders they have many unfinished projects in their name. They don't entertain people after they sell flats. Mainly construction in UP ghaziabad indrapuram. Staffs are underpaid and rude. Nobody will give you proper guidance or help you. Many law suits have been filed but they have political connections. One guy Ahuja 60yrs old looks after all department's he is busy all the time or on leave he gives false commitment. Don't buy flats you will regret. Their construction work is very poor and most of their properties have less value on resale

Very rude staff. Not willing to work . Once you have purchased the flat they will not listen to your complaints. They charge hidden charges themselves without even asking and then charge late fees and interest on it.

This builder is just fooling people... First they will let u wait for NOC And after that they make fake promises that they will get the flat ready in parallel of Registry process but when u pay the Registry amount they will tell u that it is a ready to move flat but once registry is done, they will touch the flat. Raw flat are just waste. Water sprinkler testing is done. Walls are having lots of black spots. And they will make fake promises that registry will take 7-10 days but they take around a month. They just loot people money and enjoy their interest. In mid aug, i purchased flat and they promised to handover the flat by end of October. Now they are eating my November. They made by diwali black. Please don't go here. It's better to purchase resell flat from direct owner instead of builder. They already did lots of mental harrassment to me. I m paying my rent, emi, hospital bills all along. And this builder is just enjoying our money and interest.
