Bar do Guincho (Grupo Bar do Guincho) Review

I have been a client of Bar do Guincho for many years and I really like the service. Salads are a good option, but I can't resist the delicious mix of mertolenga meat and very well seasoned !! A stylish beach bar and this year with an outdoor space for Gin's lovers. The sea view needs no comment! See you later!!

Lovely place with amazing view on the ocean and Sintra hills. The best natural fruity icecreams ever.

Spicy garlicky Shrimp with a fantastic view. Paired with a simple vino Verde. Blissful lunch. Not cheap but fabulous location and simple dishes easy to share.

Service could be better. If you are already a customer of the house, a lot of sympathy. If you are not, few smiles.

Great restaurant, I had mussels fries for really cheap, add to that a carrave of de cingria lay all on the terrace table with splendid views of the mother and vs are the happiest in the world.

Nice place, with plenty of tables and with terrace overlooking the sea. Prices are usually high like all tourist sites. Access is difficult as it is down a gravel road but has a good parking lot.

The view of a little bit of paradise seen from the winch bar. And it is from here, like a command bridge, that the whole winch beach unfolds in small secrets on the immense sand. The line that separates the tranquility of the sand from the agitation of the sea, being tenuous, is in constant mutation and transformation.
Attention to customer satisfaction is a permanent goal, so that returning to the winch is either by the beach or by the bar.

My favourite chilled restaurant to share after a great beach day, or even in winter to sit by the fire! Love the service and the food!

Difficult to find, but the view is awesome, the food is great and nice vibe. Slightly pricy, but hell, you are on the beach!

No table service, the staff seemed bored. For the food I only got fries, which cost 6 euros. The portion is very large, I would suggest half a portion for half the price because it is hard to finish by yourself.

For those who like the winch like me! Prices could be more balanced!

Enchanting location with a beach protected from the wind, abundant and quality food, they do not serve at the table but you have to order at the kiosk and you are called back with the tracker, average prices given the location .... convenient well-ordered free parking!

We were made aware of this bar by our children. It is located directly on the beach with a great view of the sea.
The menu varied and there was something for everyone!
Seafood, meat or salads great and delicious.
A relaxed atmosphere and a great sunset complete the visit!
Come here for several years now and will make it in the next few years.

I visit whenever I can. Great food. Good sangria and good snacks to accompany. The best peppers I have ever eaten! A phenomenal view. A cozy log fire for the winter days. And a staff of exemplary attention. Keep it up ... I'll continue to visit you here!

High prices but fantastic location and perfectly ok food.

Views in the terrace are amazing. Fish and other main courses together with vegetables are very tasty. Sangria and snacks were lovely as well. 10/10

Great food and drinks, however you must prepay for your drinks if you chose to sit outside. The queues can get extremely long and service take some time. But still a great place to be for sunsets and drinks, stun omg views.

30 minutes driving from Lisbon with a nice terrace over the beach, perfect for lying down to sunbathing or even for a snack after a swim on the beach. Good salads, burgers, petiscos and sangria . Fantastic fries! Gin range could be better. A bit pricey for what you get, but the beautiful view and the overall environment justifies it.

The terrace is excellent when the weather helps. The service at the counter is slow, very slow with the aggravation of having lines of people to order. The food for fast food is so good that it looks healthy.

Fantastic. In the dreams of each of us there is a place like this. Terrace overlooking the sea, wooden umbrellas as well as almost the whole structure and an enviable tranquility. You can sit here to have a coffee, or eat a salad or a fish skewer but, in the low season, no one will disturb you by asking you to vacate the table. The prices are not very low but every single thing is worth its cost. Because here it is really good and worthwhile, stopping here for a few minutes. Excellent service: the idea of alerting the customer through a small device that emits a sound when their order is ready seemed brilliant to me.

The location and the view are very good, the sandwiches are good despite the price being a bit high.

It is expensive, I liked the environment but should invest in access and leveling the parking, not to mention the fact of being paid. Would not recommend. Not worth the money.

Great oceanfront bar / restaurant, excellent base for a trip to the beach of Guincho. The burgers were very good, but the most delicious thing is that imbibe mixed toast with butter. An excellent energy reserve. The staff is young and very friendly, speak English perfectly.

Bar well placed on a small beach north of Cascais. Nice terrace. Just before the beach. Tested in April with few people and the free parking must be very different in summer.

Very good food, friendly service, great view to the beach. The octopus Guincho is the best seafood I ever had. They make also great drinks, try mojito and cuba libre.
