It's just perfect. There is absolutely nothing to fault at this place. From check-in to the villa amenities to the food places and the people. Its just brilliant.

The Manager of the 'Banyan Tree' Villas has the Very-Very Bad Behavior to Serve the Guests at the Lobby, So Although the 'Banyan Tree' Villas has the Beautiful Panoramic of Sea View But It is Useless with the Impolite & Mad Manager to Serve the Guests

Its a villa, not an hotel. Make sure you know it before booking any room. Everything here seems perfect. The employees, medical service, everything is good. Its good for a walk too, I mean the land is soooo huge u can take a run inside the area of this place. They provide a car-like transportation from your villa to go outside if u are in a bad mood to take a walk.

What can I say, Jumana is one of the greatest villa experience in Bali. It was Banyan Tree before it changed name into Jumana. The villas are super nice, very confortable and cozy. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful! The foods are awesome and the drinks are epic! Unfortunately the lighting is too dim and dark during the nights.

Dont forget to dip into the pool! The pool is awesome!!

Fascinating! Has large room, each room has its own pool and jaccuzi. The view is wonderful. Each restaurants has its own characters. You can have a romantic dinner in jumana (french cuisine) and enjoy the sunset at the bar before dinner. Poolbar is a good choice if you want to have some snack in the afternoon.

The service and villas are extraordinary and satisfying

Located in Bukit Bukit, entrance access is quite far from the main road. Very good for wedding ceremonies ...

I do not know why there are many good reviews.
At check-in time, group Chinese people wait for long time passengers to take a buggy ride, facilities are too old / outdated and messy and dirty, breakfast menu is small and there is no taste, amenity is in reusable container, The entrance is not clogged, and the private pool light is out of order, so I asked him to come and he said he would call an engineer. He did not come. I did not see anything after 6:30.
There is nothing to praise other than a very spacious private pool.
If it is expensive for a hotel that costs 1 million won per night, it is an expensive one, but I did not feel that it was treated as much as the price.
Oh, there is a man who speaks Korean, and he speaks Korean. He does not seem to know kindness.
Just communicate in English with local staff.

Other hotels that were cheaper than Banyan Tree, which is the third hotel on our trip to Bali, were much better either in terms of facilities or service.

It is the worst hotel that I do not want to recommend to people who come to Bali again or come back.

Wonderful resort. Great staff, pool. Even though room condition is old, it is worth it.

We had recently booked in an inspection for Banyan Tree with the wedding/sales team, however when we showed up on the day nobody was there to greet us as they apparantly have the day off on a Saturday (which was the day it was booked in and confirmed for). As you can imagine planning a wedding can be stressful especially when you only have limited time in Bali like us as we were visiting. Therefore you can imagine how dissapointed and upset we were when we turned up and nobody from the wedding planning/sales team were there to show us around or answer any questions that we had. We had recently cancelled other inspections to make sure we could visit Banyan as this looked to be one of our favourites, however not being able to get much information or prices or speak to somebody to answer any questions we had was hard.

It has now been 2 days since we visited and we were told that somebody would get in contact with us to arrange another meeting, however we have still not received any email. It worries me that such a beautiful venue can be so unorganised, especially when people are putting their trust in you to help with their wedding which is such a special day.

I LOVE BEING HERE BUT I DONT LIKE THE SERVICE TOO BAD SMH

The staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, breakfast was good.

Best. The price isn't worth it. It's a pity that I might be able to come again. It would be better to come with a plan to enjoy in the resort. There are many corals on the beach and swimming is prohibited. I wish I knew this in advance. But the water is good and it's quiet, so it's really good to relax. I spent hours making sandcastles with my son, but I didn't know the time was going. Inside the villa, you can have a really private time and it seems like you are coming for honeymoons a lot. I think family trips will be okay.

Amazing place and pool is great with Jacuzzi. But A/C broke down and they provided a standalone unit. Food is not to my liking. only restaurant that I can eat in is the pool bar as it has traditional menu of burger, pizza and pasta

The serene surroundings coupled with the spacious master bedroom & adjoining shower rooms, make for an enjoyable & relaxing stay especially for couples.

Jumana resort is the big highlight of my Luna New Year holiday 2021. Luckily I had villa right on the clip, full 180 degrees ocean view, hot jacuzzi and infinity swimming on the edge. I love it so much. The villa is beautiful and the facility is great. Breakfast severe in the villa, floating breakfast by request. The sunset is breath taking. Very high recommendation.
Mr Egy is very helpful for booking and taking care of the guests.

Not recommend during the pandemic, the price is relatively cheap compared to normal price. But you definetly not getting the full package. Only 1 restaurant is open, hotel Beach access is closed, basically all the "unnecessary" facilities are closed. Water heater was broken and needed to wait 1 hour for it to be fixed. Breakfast choice is mediocre.

This small luxury resort provided a sense of space, from the lobby to the dining venues and through to the individual villas. We were impressed by the overall spaciousness of our pool villa especially the oversized bathroom. It was akin to staying in one of our own homes. We also enjoyed plenty of personal space as we moved around the resort.

The general quietness of the resort and the landscaping of flowering trees offered a sense of calm, serenity and beauty. You can't miss the banyan trees planted in eye-catching spots around the hotel. The same atmosphere continues into the shared infinity pool area where we lounged on day beds and gazed upon the Indian Ocean. Special thanks to pool attendants Nami and Kadek for helping us with photos, drinks and towels daily.

We appreciated the sense of privacy offered by the location and villa design. Perched on the edge of a cliff surrounded by greenery makes the resort less accessible to public. The villa was designed as a self-contained space to prevent prying eyes from above and sides while we continued to enjoy views of landscaped gardens and the ocean from our private infinity pool. The staff also respected our need for privacy in their interactions.

It wasn't difficult to understand why Banyan Tree Ungasan was popular with couples and honeymooners.

This place is spectacular!! Loved every moment and the staff here are so friendly and always smiling, beautiful private pools and the breakfast is full of different varieties and everyone is catered for, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whether with family or friends :)

The villa is perfect. But in the restaurant because there are many people, so he was told to sit in front. Then it's really hot even though there is a lid on it. When it is quiet inside, there is no offer to move inside. So outside, showering in sweat.

Nice place but service staff isn't as good as other resorts. Given the brand name of Banyan Tree, this resort is especially disappointing.
