We had recently booked in an inspection for Banyan Tree with the wedding/sales team, however when we showed up on the day nobody was there to greet us as they apparantly have the day off on a Saturday (which was the day it was booked in and confirmed for). As you can imagine planning a wedding can be stressful especially when you only have limited time in Bali like us as we were visiting. Therefore you can imagine how dissapointed and upset we were when we turned up and nobody from the wedding planning/sales team were there to show us around or answer any questions that we had. We had recently cancelled other inspections to make sure we could visit Banyan as this looked to be one of our favourites, however not being able to get much information or prices or speak to somebody to answer any questions we had was hard.

It has now been 2 days since we visited and we were told that somebody would get in contact with us to arrange another meeting, however we have still not received any email. It worries me that such a beautiful venue can be so unorganised, especially when people are putting their trust in you to help with their wedding which is such a special day.
