I initially came into contact with Mr. Jim Bannister and his paralegal, Mrs. Cheree Aiken, in the fall of 2016. This period of time in my life was incredibly difficult. However, Mr. Bannister and Mrs. Aiken cemented the idea that there was light at the end of the tunnel for me.

Through client cooperation and effective legislative analysis Mr. Bannister helped me come to a reasonable solution in my legal experience. In addition, five (5) years down the road when I still had an issue with the prior incident, Mrs. Aiken was highly empathetic and did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue.
