What is with companies saying they are all about the customer, yet not so much. If I call in at 4:10pm to place an order and you close at 4:30pm, why is no one available to help. I get the girl answering the phone over and over and she keeps transferring me to the plumbing counter but it seems as though maybe the people at the plumbing counter only work until 4:00pm ? I guess when a company is making a ton of money they can afford to let the little stuff slide. Bad business and bad service ! Looks like it s time to spend some serious money on customer service training along with some moral building exercises. This mess is why I don t normally order from Banner.
