OMG!! There is NOTHING that this pharmacy can't screw up!! I just tried one EASY prescription to fill and could they do it?? No, of course not. These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I wish there was another pharmacy nearby to use, but instead I have gone to a mail-order for most everything. Really, don't go here unless you want to die. I tried to like this pharmacy, but they are just too incompetent. In the last 12 months I have had to get my prescription every month and how many times have they NOT screwed it up?? THREE!! out of 12!! They have sent me out the door with the wrong medication, the wrong amount, they don't have it, etc. Once they tried to blame my insurance and since they left me waiting, I called the insurance co: they told me a request came in and they approved and no problem. The staff at the pharmacy waited 30 minutes to tell me it was my insurance that was difficult. Avoid this pharmacy, try another small town please.
I tried again to like this pharmacy - I called ahead to be sure my prescription was ready for pickup and was told yes, they just needed my updated insurance information. I arrived with the card in hand and was met with a WALL of bad attitudes (except one lady, who was nice). In addition, I got a "talking to" by the guy who said they weren't a fast food place (WHAT??) and that they lied about my prescription being ready at all. AARRGGHH!!

I switched to Banks Pharmacy a few years back from Costco. Nothing but praise for Costco but Banks Pharmacy is just a few miles from where I live and it's locally owned. My experience with the folks at Banks Pharmacy has been great. They've gone the extra mile to ensure that they always have my prescription as my prescription is not common. They've put up with a lot of crap from my insurance company as my prescription is also very, very expensive.

And, the people that work there are really nice!

I have been a customer for five plus years. I feel that they care about their customer's by the way they treat each and ever person whom they service. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I live in Forest Grove and there are pharmacy's closer to me which I have tried but they do not compare to Banks Pharmacy. I love the intament feeling of this place and their friendly staff. There really is not enough nice things I can say about this place.

What a GREAT Pharmacy! I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a script filled, they have amazing customer service & are always VERY friendly :) I honestly hate having to go to any other pharmacy (when I'm in a pinch). Very thankful to have this pharmacy so close to my house!!

Everyone at the Banks Pharmacy has gone out of their way to help me. I just switched to this pharmacy I had been going to a well known chain of pharmacies and had problems on several occasions. I am so happy with the help I have received since I made the move. Banks pharmacy works with your insurance and doctors I used to have to make all those calls myself. I wish I had made the move a long time ago. I can't thank them enough for the great service they provide.

I was released from the hospital 2 weeks ago and the hospital pharmacy wanted $47.00 to fill a prescription. I did not have enough money with me so the next day I went to banks, the closest pharmacy and was told the prescription was only $1.00. On a previous occasion I was told the copay would be $60.00 if I used my insurance. If I paid cash without using my insurance the full retail price was less than $8.00. Banks Pharmacy has a great staff that is very helpful and gets prescriptions filled for our patients very quickly and correctly. They have a great selection of other items that you would expect to find at a pharmacy, and even extra things as well. Found a great toy bow and arrow for a Halloween costume.

Very unprofessional people working here. Snarky employees. I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. They make so many mistakes I'm surprised they don't have blood on their hands from killing folks. They lose your script then treat you terrible instead of owning up to their mistake by blaming the fax machine or anything other than the truth, which is that they are seriously lacking in skill and character.

Twice they claimed my script didn't come in from my doc, and TWICE they had just not looked closely enough...all the while talking to me like I'm an unruly toddler. The med assistant at my docs had to go in ON HER DAY OFF today, only to be treated poorly by the employees when all the while THEY were in the wrong. They didn't apologize, only snark snark snark out of their mouths. I'm switching back to Wal-Mart. People have probably died waiting for this place to figure out their scripts!

As both a prescribing practitioner and a mother of a patient, I can attest that this is the most personable and professional group of pharmacy personnel that I have ever worked with in the state of Oregon. I am more than impressed. I highly recommend them for all compounding or other pharmacy needs.

I can't recommend them enough. They are genuinely caring, concerned and will help if at all possible.

I went to use the GoodRx card, and the lady really insisted that I didn't because in the end...using it hurts them and comes back to hurt me next time I use them to refill my prescriptions. I get it....but I'm trying to save every penny I can to put back towards bills and my family.
I wont be using them anymore.
