I manage a small shop in the area, my company chose this bank as theirs. If I could choose to go somewhere else I would.
My company doesn t do night deposits and wants us to deposits in person.
I work anywhere from 5-7 days a week which makes it hard to get to the bank sometimes.
Apparently you can only go in the drive through if you have two or less deposits, so I was made to go inside the lobby when I had 3 or 4. This is extremely inconvenient especially with all the stuff going on right now.
Even when I go into the lobby if I have more than 3 deposits I feel so much judgement from the tellers. And they always looks so annoyed. I myself want to get to the bank more but with clashing hours (and personally living far away) it s difficult.
Why am I made to feel unwelcome and looked down at? I go to the bank 1-3x a week since February and I think I ve only had 4 good experiences. I need to take the money there and I m made to feel like they are annoyed at me for doing so. I am always nice and patient to everyone there (working in retail makes you know the abuse customer service people get)
I absolutely hate going to the bank now, which has never been an issue with past jobs banks. I am so glad this is not my personal bank.
I was going to give 1 star but I gave 2 because there are a few nice people I ve dealt with. I think her name is Heather, (dark hair) and a man named Andrew. Have your other employees learn from them on how to make your customers feel. Because those two have never made me feel bad about coming in.
