I'm giving this experience ONE STAR ....harsh let me explain....while my weekend was an absolutely amazing one a definite five star experience - this hotel let me down ..I'd heard reasonably good reviews and had booked to stay in the executive suite....oh yes baybee I was rolling.....however on getting to the 'executive' it turned out to be two beds put together with with thin sheets that was meant to be a quilt and basic tea/coffee facilities...the breakfast was substandard with burnt crispy edged eggs ...I take it some people like their eggs like that I don't and the sausages were a little pink inside with too much fat on the bacon ...the fruit bar had nothing there when I got to it so I went out to get my breakfast not managing to experience the spa facilities as I was left confused by the "executive suite" description for the basic room that was in front of me. While I had an excellent time it was not at all attributed to by this hotel experience which I do not intend to repeat.....

The rooms were old and cold and the hotel offered room service from 11pm-7am but we're turned away when we called to order some food during this time. It was clean though and the staff were friendly.

In general I would say Travel Lodge or Premier Inn is better value for money. I imagine this hotel was good back in the day but man it needs some money putting into it!

This hotel was honestly very nice. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for staying in London. It was about a 5 min walk to the local train station, and easily accessible to many restaurants, pubs, and a shopping center. I had no problem getting to Central London from the hotel. Also, the room service was very quick for a 2am call. Overall, I would stay again, and I would recommend you try it out if you're looking for an affordable and clean stay.

The staff was extremely courteous. The rooms were clean. The food was great. The bathtub floor is higher than the actual floor, so one has to be very careful stepping out of of the shower. Other than that, I had a great time.

Croydon park hotel is located opposite the croydon courts. Lovely hotel with underground car park. We went for mothers day buffet. The food quality was very good, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant floor is big with plenty of seating. Decor again was of a luxury standard. Didn't stay overnight on this occasion but have on previous occasions and the rooms are spacious with TV, tea making facilities, toiletries etc. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at and I would for sure eat and sleep here again.

It's a big hotel whereby the owners can't afford to maintain it. Basically, it's living in past glory. My room had no heating, I had to call for some electric heaters which was promised but never arrived. The only redeeming factors was there was hot water and very good breakfast buffet. Croydon Park Hotel, stop collecting money from customers when you know you don't have heating in your rooms.
