The police were rude. The employees were rude getting in stadium. Could not bring my cross the shoulder small purse in the stadium. Had to pay someone $10.00 to hold my purse or leave in car. I had to pick my tickets up at box office. It was almost like a act of congress to Get in there.

Because the team the city and the owner is a joke. And Cam hides in a blanket fort when he loses... he needs to spend more time on the sideline with the tablet and less time flossing... 59% career completion percentage ain't getting it done

Great venue to watch an NFL game .. great views of the field and of the Charlotte skyline
.. concessions are grossly overpriced .. Panthers should take lessons from the Falcons on that and offer cheaper concessions that fans will buy greater quantities of .. hopefully a ln artificial playing surface will he installed to offer more usage of the facility for high school championships, college games, and a potential new MLS franchise ..

Been going here since it opened. It s a pretty good stadium. Long lines going in right before game time...show up a half hour early (or slightly late) and they aren t as bad. Concessions are standard NFL fare with a few exceptions, such as the BBQ - which is pretty good. Team Store has sone decent apparel and other things. Don t even try to go at half time tho - way too crowded. The staff seem pretty friendly and helpful. Parking is anywhere between $20 and $40 around the stadium. If you leave some extra time, take the light rail from south Charlotte. Save money and get out faster after the game.

This is THE home of the Carolina Panthers!!!! Home of the team with a total of 0 Super Bowl rings. But seriously though it's about time the Panthers win the Super Bowl come on now they need to get their game together. But anyways, the stadium is great and the turf is great and the atmosphere is fantastic!!! Just like every other major sporting stadium and event, the concessions are very expensive. Just buy a Coke and that's it. Oh wait, they serve Pepsi don't they. Oh well what do you expect the stadium is in North Carolina, home of Pepsi so it's not very surprising. If you get tickets for the very top seats, it's awful don't waste your time and money. But any other seat is fine and it's great to watch!

We are at the women's soccer game and my girlfriends mom was not allowed to bring her 3" by 3" purse into the stadium and was told that no bags of any kind were allowed. But that has not been true. I counted at least half a dozen small bags carried by women all around the stadium. I understand not being able to bring a backpack, but there is no logical reason why you can't bring your purse in to this stadium. Shame you bank of America stadium. Because of this gross oversight, I will no longer attend any events at this stadium.

Great place for a game. Almost anywhere inside is a good seat. Have your security check routine down so you can be ready. because once you get there and can't take something in, you will be disposing it to get in. Took my stepson to watch the Panthers and it was his first NFL game. He really loved it. Food is easily accessible and the prices won't give you a heart attack (considering).

No where to get out of the heat . Employees not responding to those who get too hot. Bad customer service. Not very clean. They ran out of ice and when I asked several people they were, o well.

Attended the ACC Clemson vs Pitt Championship Game. Had a 1st class experience. All the fans were friendly & had positive team spirit. The BOA staff greeted us with smiles & were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this stadium as a must visit. The views of Charlotte including the lighted buildings is breathtaking. We had a fantastic night regardless of the rain.
