The prices on everything are about average for a sports venue. The security is ok but CMPD makes up for them and keeps it very safe. Never had any issues in or around the stadium. Even during the riots, the stadium and surrounding areas were kept very safe and quiet. They're the only NFL stadium that has bojangles so automatically they're a leg above everyone else. Overall, it's one of the better NFL stadiums.

Die Hard Panthers fan but this Stadium isn't the greatest. Hopefully they move forward with moving it towards Carowinds. That would allow much better parking, more seating, better roads in/out, and maybe even a dome.

Traffic in and around the stadium is an absolute nightmare. Will make anyone not used to being in such a big city never want to go back. This was my first football game and the experience was blah. Spent more time in gridlock 2 hours before the game even started then I did watching the game. Left at end of 3rd quarter to avoid traffic.

The stadium was as clean as you could hope for considering the number of people there. Plenty of staff around to help you figure out where to go. The only thing missing is the Panthers logo on the field!

Very professionally run venue in a pretty good area of town. We can walk a few blocks and park on the street for free. I like that they offer refillable cups, it really cuts down on the lines for drinks having the refill stations off to the side of the concession stands.

Very nice, big stadium. Only complaint I could not bring umbrella inside. But I understand the safety issues. There are bathrooms at least 6 per floor as well as at least 6 food and drink stands per floor

Pleasant experience. I attended the International Champions Cup game between Liverpool FC and Borussia Dortmund on Jul 22, 2018. The location was great. There were lots of food vendors. There were 2 guys in front of me vaping and there were 2 security guys who can see them and did nothing. I had to get up and find a police office and let him know about the incident and they were told not to do that again within 5 minutes. After the end of the game, it was very hard finding transportation.

This place is horrible. 2 entrances. Never seen any stadium like this in my life. Especially an nfl stadium. Worst by factor of 10. Serious safety hazard. 40k each side trying to get through metal detectors? I feel safer on OBT.... NFL / facilities / police / emergency services / should not allowed to be used in current configuration. 40k plus people pushing to get through aprrox 30 metal detectors on each side. Come visit hard rock or any other stadium over 5k people. Never thought i would say the TSA beats them hands down. It's really that bad... also the slope is horrible in the 100s tickets. plan on standing all game. Avoid any game there.

Great place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Great fan atmosphere and the stadium is always clean and reasonably quick to get in. Club level attendants are fantastic and make the experience a great one. Concessions on club level also make the experience.

I live in Charlotte, and this is my "home" stadium. It's nice, but it is a football stadium. Not really anything unique, but that is the nature of football stadiums. Food is all the same fare (hot dogs, burgers, pizza, etc.). Just doesn't have the same identity as a baseball stadium. But the staff is great, and the stadium is in downtown Charlotte. Personally I don't get excited about football stadiums, there is nothing different for the average fan in any of them.

The stadium is conveniently located in downtown Charlotte with several hotels within walking distance. Coming in to the stadium, some signage would be helpful. We stood in one line only to get to the front and be directed to a second line, which was closer to our ticketed section. After reaching the front of line #2 we were directed to yet a 3rd line for a bag check for my wife's purse. I looked but couldn't find any signage that would have directed us to the correct line. A lot of other people seemed to be having the same problem. Egress from the stadium was efficient and fast.
