Poorest service. I suffered a lot because of poor service, irresponsible representatives and their lack of knowledge, poor IT system.
They charged me wrong transactions, from overseas I made Rs. 10,000 worth calls and emails but in vain. Next mo th they reversed, then renewal card is received after 3 months, now their system is failed to generate OTP.
I am crying after having their Credit Card. Today morning again they promised me to get back but they never get back to any overseas customer.
