Suggested this salon to my friend. I have regularly had a good experience (I have 2c/3b hair) My friend has curly hair and it was trimmed way shorter than expected, and it was not dyed close to expectations). Perhaps I should only recommend this to my straight haired gals. My friend had 3a/3b hair.
From the moment I booked here, I was absolutely impressed by the organization and care that they put into booking services in these Covid times. I instantly felt safe, cared for, and like they really care for the well-being of their employees. I had my haircut by Elena and absolutely loved it! She interpreted what I showed her, what I verbalized, and she even talked me through the type of cut she would recommend for someone like me, who is always a bit truant in getting my hair cut. Such a great comfortable experience from start to finish.
I HIGHLY recommend Karla for a hydro facial!!!!!! The hydo facial alone was one of the best experiences in a spa I have ever had. You get immediate results and it was beyond relaxing! Karla was so amazing and took her time and explained everything. She was so professional and I can t recommend her enough! Trust me when I tell you, you are missing out if you haven t already had this. The hype of the hydro facial definitely lived up to the expectations! And Karla was just amazing and created the most amazing experience!

Mariah did my color and it was a a different color from what I went in that day. I went in with a blonde balyage and and she managed to give me my perfect fall color!! Love it
Great professional service. Was able to get an appointment same day and at the time that worked for me. Bangz was very strict on face mask policies and temperature checks before i got into the building, which made me feel very safe to enter. Juliana was very nice and helpful and made me feel so beautiful. Would love to return in the future!
Well... I came here by seeing this place in a top spa in NJ in multiple blogs and sites. It was a deep tissue massage.
The place is underground and small men's room and women's room.
The massage room is a nice, good space. The check-in process is quick.
I had a good experience but the only problem was because of not cleaning properly or sanitize the place I and my wife got a throat infection.
Massage and oil was a good and nice quiet place.
In total price a little bit more than what you get.
I have been in other places in New York City and cheaper or the same but get a better offer.
Still recommended for a one-time experience or if you want something close.
Always an amazing cut. I think it's ten years now I've been going to see Erika and can't imagine letting anyone else touch my curls. She brought my hair back to life as always and is more than worth the wait for this perfect Diva Girl Cut.
I have always had great haircuts at this facility and I am the type of person who isn t picky on who I see but when I call and say I do not care who I see it falls on deaf ears as they continue to try and book me with someone I ve seen before. I also said if it couldn t be on a weekend an evening would work. The response was sorry we have nothing on Sunday without further looking to see if anyone had evening availability. You would think they would try to book appointments for their stylists-especially since They were closed due to Covid and their stylists were out of work. It s sad that stylists lose out on income due to the people who answer the phone.
My haircut turned out horrible. It s way too short and not what the picture showed. I asked for no more than an inch off to reduce my split ends, but he ended up cutting off more than 4 inches. I also wanted to dye my hair blonde and I barely got highlights. My hair was done by a level 5 male, and I expected better. I was there for 3 hours. One of my concerns is that I have curly hair and it was cut as if I had straight.
