They held my lost baggage hostage for five days an...

They held my lost baggage hostage for five days and lied to me numerous times about when it would be delivered. The Employees, specifically an employee named "Ratdanapol", would hang up on me, insist that there was no supervisor on duty to hear my complaint, and lied to me three times about when my baggage would be delivered from Bangkok to Chiang Mai Airport. I made three wasted trips to the airport only to find out each time that they lied to me about putting my baggage on a plane. Finally, I had to call the Bangkok police, BKK airport manager, and the parent company Turkish Airlines to finally get them to do their job and send my baggage. There was very important medicine in my bag that cost hundreds of dollars to replace without insurance reimbursement and delayed my cancer treatment. If you are an airline executive or passenger DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST ANYTHING THE EMPLOYEES TELL YOU. Call the Bangkok police if they do not deliver your bag immediately or they will ignore you indefinitely. Terrible Terrible company with horribly trained employees.

I travel three or four times a year

I travel three or four times a year
as tourist. I have been through the BKK
Airport a few times and it's not my favorite. This time I had only two hours between my international and domestic
connection and two larged checked bags. It turns out that I was rightly concerned. I booked Bangkok Flight premium services, arrival, departure and baggage handling. My flight arrived an hour late. As I got off the plane a woman in a yellow/gold jacket was waiting for me with an electric cart . That made up time that would have been used walking. I went through immigration on my own after she dropped me off and she watched me as I went through the line and picked me up on the other side. We continued on and waited for my luggage. It was a no show! She quickly filed the needed paper work to search for the missing bags and have them forwarded to me. She then even got me to my connecting flight on time! Later that same evening at my final destination my bags were delivered to my hotel.That young woman in the gold jacket and the services provided by her prevented a total disaster at BKK. I wish I had the thoughtfulness to remember her name. However BFS Premium Service, you know who she is.

The company accepts services to various airlines like Thai Airways Company in everything. Except there are no planes, such as having employees check in - out Emirates Airlines, Air France, KLM, etc.
