They held my lost baggage hostage for five days and lied to me numerous times about when it would be delivered. The Employees, specifically an employee named "Ratdanapol", would hang up on me, insist that there was no supervisor on duty to hear my complaint, and lied to me three times about when my baggage would be delivered from Bangkok to Chiang Mai Airport. I made three wasted trips to the airport only to find out each time that they lied to me about putting my baggage on a plane. Finally, I had to call the Bangkok police, BKK airport manager, and the parent company Turkish Airlines to finally get them to do their job and send my baggage. There was very important medicine in my bag that cost hundreds of dollars to replace without insurance reimbursement and delayed my cancer treatment. If you are an airline executive or passenger DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST ANYTHING THE EMPLOYEES TELL YOU. Call the Bangkok police if they do not deliver your bag immediately or they will ignore you indefinitely. Terrible Terrible company with horribly trained employees.
