Company Christmas party. I don't know why we use this place... Beer for $10, and the "short rib" was the shortest rib I have ever seen... 2 bites, literally.

My kids and I go every year and it is a great tradition but we only go in the morning and leave mid day so we do not get caught in the crowds.

Older but still fun. Always try to find the real bathrooms haha.

This is fun, fun, fun. I love the Del Mar Fair. A zillion attractions. Great arts and crafts show, great entertainment, good food, plant and flowers show, wow! So much more and in a beautiful setting.

Great place for the fair but not for concerts and festivals.

Always looking for a way to make money by charging for parking $12 come on that's a lot to pay out for a free show! I guess it's not free!

The fair its an excellent way to spend a day in June

Very nice horse racing venue. Multiple options for seating. Helpful staff. Well maintained and clean. "Sky boxes" available for private group events. The catering services provided a good meal and staffed a bar. Easy access from the I-5 and plenty of parking, including a valet for a fee.

Lots of fun and great food. I ate the Chicken Charlie's pineapple shrimp with rice and it was Soo delicious. I wanted to try the bacon wrapped jalapenos. I'm really glad we came. We skipped last year due to the hot weather but this year the weather and crowd was just right! I'll be back next week for more food and fun.

Spacious fairgrounds with occasional things to do, but parking is steep.

We were visiting from out of state and had a blast at the fair. I was very impressed with the facilities, staff and organization. We will be back again for sure.

Great livestock shows, so much choice for food and fairground rides that even mum and dad can stomach

Fun for the family. Make sure to go in the student exhibit halls and the gem and woodworking exhibits. The kids had more fun in there than on the rides! So much to do and see. Swifty swine races are fun too!

The 5k were great and so, was the food and buying items there.

So much fun. Love looking around and seeing what's new. The music, concerts, shows. So much to do and see.

We've had fun at many different events here. Great facility. Adequate parking.

Fun if you like fairs, parking is a pain, try to find another place to park and walk.

Parking attendants were more confusing then my tour guide in Tokyo. And she spoke english only in country songs.

Always a great place to go if you want to go during the county fair which usally starts late May and early june and ends on july 4th. Great place to take friends and family over. Also after the fair is over they hold horseback racing events which is always fun to watch.

Fun events and concerts, super cheap if you gi watch the house races as well.

Last day of the fair food booths. The food was outstanding. Maybe the fair community planners should do this once or twice a year, like the gun shows

Good food. Fun rides. Lots of shopping. A great family fun day.

If you miss the fair this year like I do, you can still enjoy the delicious fair food by driving through the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Its totally SAFE TO DO SO in that you stay safe in your vehicle the whole time as you drive through ordering different varieties of food that the fair normally has. I highly recommend this for the fair food experience Tripple snap Z formation.

Very big and the place is very clean and the parking lot is very large, also the bathrooms are always clean

Such a great venue! We attended the Pacific Classic horse race this time but we have also been here for the awesome San Diego County Fair as well as charity bike rides and many other events!

Great time at the Del Mar fair! The food choices are out of control, honestly it is hard to pick what you want! My 3 year old son loved riding the little kid rides and the ferris wheel. Such a chill location being so close to the ocean!

Just off of the 5. A decent sized fairgrounds when the fair is in town and horse racing during the season. If you go during he races you can sign up for heir diamond club on your cellphone to receive a discount. Just make sure you count your change as the senior citizens they staff at the admission booths can struggle with rudimentary math.

KAABOO2018 WAS AMAZING! VIP was well worth the price! The headliners were top notch and the grounds were clean easy to get around to the different stages. Lots to see and do and eat! The staff wasn't very helpful but festival goers didn't seem to mind. The beer was expensive given that it was from saint archer brewery. So many good beers come from the area, you'd think they bring em out to the festivals. A great time was had by all!

Fair day. Bought my Garlic Festival products and few other things. And left when noise became loud, music was turned up about 3pm.

The fair is always a great time. The prices for food have risen, but it still is fun eating.

It's alright. The parking was expensive. Everything was kind of expensive.

A lot of people and venders, every vender had their own items to sell. Get to mingle with lots of people and friends.

It's alright. I try to go every year they open. Parking is horrible. Food is alright and the games be ripping you off.

Concerts in your car is a great concept. Well run, well thought out. Tight security, so don't try and bring in anything you shouldn't. Fitz was great!!

Nice to hang out and look around I had some apple fries and looked around the vendor's the people who work here are kind and helpful I will come back here again

Always fun events, San Diego Fair is a must see. Floral and garden exhibits will blow your mind.

Went to the San Diego County Fair. It was cool,literally! Nice ocean breeze unlike the OC and LA fairs,which are scorchers. Will go again next year.

My kids love this place but I can't ignore the rampant exploitation of animals that goes on here. I've since heard some kids got sick because of ecoli exposure at the petting zoo and that's terrible. Animals are people too and not here for your entertainment. (Will change this review if policy changes in the future.)

For the San Diego County Fair is always, always fun! I love coming here!They keep their public restrooms clean and the Staff are friendly and warm. Last time we went my husband lost his wallet. We tracked it down back to each of the places he went to and asked each one of the staff if they have seen it. We were met with compassionate people who tried to help us.
I wish I could go every week but our schedule simply just does not allow us to go.
San Diego County Fair is a great place and a fun place to be and I highly recommend it for people to go.

The fair grounds in del Mar is awesome place for many different types of events including the fair ,the races and kaboo whick happens in the summer months

The fair was a blast going with friends, the concert was also great

Dinner with my best friend and dancing to The Village People...good times!
