A friend of mine offered me to stay with him during his three night stay at Bally's Las Vegas hotel & casino oh, I got to enjoy a nights stay the room was immaculate in the atmosphere of the casino was great.
Rude staff. Dealers are obnoxious and will ask for ID just to look at the game from far. Old place. Very high minimum bet! Never coming again.

When I checked in someone was already in my room, but was leaving it. I went down to get a new room, but the new room wasn't cleaned properly even though management was told that it was. On the third try I was able to get a normal room. Fortunately, my reservation fee was waived due to this incident. The hotel is decent, there is nothing amazing about it but it's still nice.
This place was ok, not at the top of my Vegas hangouts tho.
Saw the Extravaganza Show. It was Terrific!! All of them are very talented!! Loved the variety of acts in the show.
Ballys is located right in the middle of the strip, so that is the reason we choose to stay there. Upon check in, staff was friendly, got us into our room right away. Rooms were clean, with a great view of the strip. We were in the newly upgraded jubilee tower. The casino it self is nice, but the games are not updated often enough. Missing a lot of key games that other locations in other states have. We wound up spending most of our time in Paris, which is a 3 minute walk from the main floor of ballys. Food was good, only ate at the taco bar, which had great deals after 10pm. The only problem I could state, is the elevator going up to the room was extremely sketchy, actually had to use the call button to speck with security due to the elevator not moving mid route. They were able to remotely get us going with in a few seconds.
Not the fanciest rooms in vegas... but i was pleasantly surprised with the jubilee tower... more recent updating. Lacked in a fridge and few maintenance items but nothing appalling and the price was right.
Stopped in to gamble. All tables were full so we played poker slots. Drinks came quick. No complaints.
I loved my stay here. Right in the middle of the action. I spent 3 thousand in the casino and didn't win a thing but besides that & the rude drink girls it was nice. I had a nice room view too as you can see..
Dropped in for dinner at Buca's, very good food and boy was there A LOT of it! I'd do it again anytime.
Nice hotel but you can definitely try to stay at Mgm or Bellagio

Terrible front desk staff fooling us when we facing problem which we are the victims bcoz of technical error between hotel and booking system! Staff named TEE, this horrible staff even want us to beg her then she only want to "help us" to get a room???! And she called security guard to chase me away when I requested want to see someone more superior n more helpful

I think this place has the best size room for a great price on the strip. They also just added a strip mall with walburgers and other places outside that has great food and drinks.
Beautiful rooms. Very unexpected. Refrigerators but no coffee maker probably because we were in the 25th floor. Halls were clean. Shower is glass yeah! Need conditioner for hair not conditioning shampoo. I dont like walking a long way to the elevators from check in.
Good hotel. But the resort fee which only lets toy connect 2 devices to the internet is ridiculous. $15 extra for another device

Our experience here was amazing. Arrived here around 1 am, and so tired. The front desk customer service rep was truly amazing. She helped us out and explained the process. The room was clean and big. The bathroom was super big, we were impressed how big, and clean the bathroom was.

Went to Bucca d Beppo there and Valet parked our car cos we roll like dat and the service was great.
The BLT place was awesome but the outside of the hotel has a disgusting stench to it. It's unbearable, all around the hotel lobby outside. They need some air fresheners or something.
Very dated casino floor. Not as busy as some of the other casinos. If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds, but still have a good time this is the place to go.
Quick stop over before moving onto another casino. Directions in the casino we're nice. Staff was helpful

Located in Vegas strip and is very convenient to walk around at night. Has a huge pool but closed a bit early. I wish it closes later at night as it gets too sunny to swim. The service and food here is great. Everything is clean and orderly. Had no issue with check in. Parking was a bit expensive, wish it was free for overnight customers or at least a discount. Overall, pretty good stay.
Not sure if real or fake. Coming from a nurse i would say not an amateurs tour.
This hotel was actually pretty great!! I got a great deal. The layout is nice and easy to navigate. The staff is always nice and happy. Their gym is amazing!!! The rooms were clean. Although I booked for a king bed and got two queens, aside from that everything else was awesome. My first time gambling in Vegas was as their casino. Will never forget it! :D
Resort is closed but there is still a "resort fee" on top of your room fee. Watch out!
Loved location, convenience to Vegas Strip, lots of restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the Casino.

This place is awesome. It may not seem like there is much but what they have superceded alot of other casinos I've seen. The interaction of the employees is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. The presence of security there is great. Having security around there makes you feel safe so you can enjoy yourself and have fun. At night they have great bands that play during the weekends.. check it out
They charge you a mandatory 40 bucks a night WiFi charge to everyone on top of your room fee. Even if you don t use it.
This was the WORST service I have ever received from a Ceasars properties! Let me suggest you stay somewhere that cares about their visitors. We were treated so much better at other Non Crasar properties. Also all resorts in Vegas in general should not charge a Resort fee. What is the resort fee for?? I was told by the front desk it was for local calls and internet??? No one who is visiting this place is making local calls from any resort. VEGAS IS A JOKE THESE DAYS. Spend your money elsewhere.

I came to Vegas to celebrate my Birthday, I stayed at Bally's. Nov. 7th
thru 10th I reserved 2 rooms I was not pleased with my stay there. The room I stayed in the refrigerator was not clean! I wanted to put water in it.. I called the front desk they said someone will be there to clean it, but noone showed up. The other room had a hole in the wall. Also in the Casino area the employees are so mean, rude and unprofessional. I will never stay there again! I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Only good part was the Location. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
This Hotel & Casino is very nice. Transportation is very convenient to it. There are lots of places to eat nearby. My room was very cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The customer service here is pathetic. I walked up to the platinum desk, I was barely at the counter and the employee Maria looks at me with contempt and says are you platinum? I called her on it and said you were scowling before I even opened my mouth. She then puts on a plastic smile.
There are no coffee makers in the rooms. Starbucks regular coffee is $7.45 for a Venti.
I tried the food court in the basement. The coffee at the crepe place was like gutter water.
Rooms are older & need some renovation. Peeling wall paper. Burnt out lights. Faucet beat up, etc. Casino smells like smoke. SkyView ballrooms need new ceilings. Check in line is extraordinary long. They will tell you that your room is not available because 90% of the rooms aren't the generic one you reserve online. This way they can tell everyone they gave you a free upgrade. I'd recommend going to Paris or planet Hollywood if you want to gamble or eat.

Take lots of cash with you. Drinks are like $15 and one game of blackjack is around $15. But it is an awesome experience and totally worth it.
Walked though on the way to Wahlburgers (which is great) and was impressed at how much nicer it is now. I am legitimately considering going back to check out the Twilight Zone mini golf

Went there just for the "bodies" exhibit. Price was totally worth it. Great for any science enthusiasts and even if you're a regular joe like myself that is interested in anatomy. Makes you appreciate how complex and interesting the human bodies are! Complete miracle how everything works together for EVERY single function for every second of every day. A must see!
Great location in the center of everything! Comfy beds and clean rooms that even come with a fridge! (Rare these days in Vegas!)

I thought Bally's was a great place to stay at. Definitely had a great time.
Not even going to bother with even a bad review. This place switched prices and ruined a friends birthday trip with a nasty room with broken heating and then charged them extra when they had booked rooms.
Stayed here for a conference and was pleasantly surprised at the rooms. Was on the 25th floor and had a nice view. The windows were thin and I could hear car alarms going off on my first night. That's my only complaint for the room, otherwise it was spacious & clean. Housekeeping did a great job and the fridge came in handy. Front desk seemed motivated to force everyone to use the machines to check in. There were 6 of them not helping people check in when I arrived. They just waived me to a machine to check myself in. The casino is not extraordinary or over the top. I don't think they were missing anything from more lavish properties nearby. Would stay again if coming by myself. Central to everything and a great value for the money.

Just got back from Vegas and stayed in Ballys jubilee room..what a beautiful room with an amazing view of the strip.Highly recommend seeing the paranormal show..would definitely go back.
Went for the bodies exhibition and it was great. Overall the hotel looks nice and clean compared to some other hotels.
Though ppl were kind, staff was polite, for the amount of money one pays for the rooms. The rooms are terrible! Actually, I saw two different styles of rooms. The suites are beautiful and amazing, the parlors are disgusting with terrible Murphy beds with improper bedding and even the artwork on the walls looked like someone just dumped the old unmatched artwork going into the attic into this room. Our reservation said we get bathrobes we did not ... We were fortunate to have bath towels. And the shampoo choice might as well be V05 shampoo for the bad quality.
We stayed in Wynn and we visited Bally's for Sterling Buffet.The hotel is good but not looking great.Stuffs are good but they have very less experience about their own reaturants.We asked 3 stuff a about the location of the buffet and all of them gave us wrong direction.Otherwise everything is ok
Great customer service, location, and amenities. I only gave it a 4 bc there was a funky smell in our room (1203) that they couldn't get out. It was pretty uncomfortable until I'd go nose blind to it. Kinda curious what it was.
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, excellent view. The casino was always crammed though with very little opportunity to join any tables so used to go elsewhere.
Great amenities and good staff. The workers at the tables are friendly and happy to explain games for new players. The casino is clean and has lots of great restaurants within an easy walk.
The parking is shared with Paris casino, so it can be confusing getting to the parking structure as it is currently structured. I visited the Grand Bazaar area and it was a great place for food, music, and good times!! Live music band, and some great good stands all around!
My first time in Vegas and this was my home away from home we loved every minute of it next time in Vegas I'll stay here again!!
All of the rooms smell like smoke. The rooms are not very clean. I have stayed at better places for the same price. I won't be returning to Bally's anytime soon.
