Free cancellations are a total lie! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! We booked a room and cancelled a day later (well within the cancellation period). That was over a month ago. The customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been lied to, hung up on and finally told "oh, refunds always take 30 days." Funny, it didn't take you 30 days to charge my card!

Mold in bathrooms got moved to another room that was dirty you can tell they do t clean them well very out dated. 2nd room bed was very uncomfortable.

$15 for parking at casino in the midst of a pandemic is pretty stiff..but then again they are half empty so they need the money. Gone are the glory days of this place, and they are in need of an update, although they rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and personal are nice and helpful, and the hotel and the area have a lot to offer. A pleasant getaway that will make every member of the family happy. Check ahead to see what is open and at what hours as things have changed due to covid.

Had a compd room for 3 nights. They were extremely rude and told me that is all I can expect because I wasn't paying for the room. They seem to forget it isn't free. I had to put a lot of money into their slot machines to get the offer.
