I waitied weeks for a reply to a request for a new patient, finally they called back and said they could not take me. I let them know when I called the first time, That I needed to be seen soon and that I needed my medication refilled. I live in Enid and have been unable to see a psychiatrist in town. Very sad that I was led on for weeks and then told I should find someone else. Seems to be near impossible to find mental health care in our area. This clinic is part of the problem.

Wasn t really that helpful I felt like I knew more about my problems then he could even think to help me with felt like it was a waste of my money didn t really give me any hope about my situation. Seemed like he didn t really know what to do as far as helping me find a solution for my problem.

This company billed me for services I never received. When I asked for proof I had done any business with them in 2014, I was told HIPAA law prevented them from speaking to me at all.
Yet they have smeared my credit and repeated efforts to fix the damage done have failed. The sad thing is that the amount is so little that it would be cheaper to pay than to sue for libel, although it may come to a lawsuit if they continue this charade.

Said they were accepting new patients, had me fill out paperwork, I brought it in and dropped it off 2 weeks ago. Was told would get a phone call back in 4-5 business days. Got a phone call back Feb 19th, Wednesday, and I've been refused as a patient.... Would not tell me why. When I asked, the nurse was very very nice, but said she wasn't told why by the dr. Assuming I'm what is considered a "high risk" patient....I was hospitalized for attempted suicide before so now I guess I'm just hopeless. Only want to help patients that kinda feel bad, not patients with serious mental health issues and are crying for help. I can't even find a single other psychiatrist in all of OKC that will see me in the next 5 months. If they can, they don't accept any insurance. What is wrong with our healthcare system? Or what is so wrong with me? I have no other options other than to go to the hospital to get someone to just listen to me and offer their advice? I'm declining and am reaching out for help everywhere I can and it's all just falling on deaf ears.
