TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Free cancellations are a total lie! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! We booked a room and cancelled a day later (well within the cancellation period). That was over a month ago. The customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been lied to, hung up on and finally told "oh, refunds always take 30 days." Funny, it didn't take you 30 days to charge my card!
