Run down. Needs some refreshing. Nothing special by any means, no comparison to big time casinos but hey, who cares, very few winners in this place. Plenty loosers. Ok to spend couple hours.thats about it.

***TIP FROM A LOCAL*** A GREAT PLACE TO PARK TO TOUR THE QUARTER***JUST PAY FOR VALET AND PUT A DOLLAR IN A MACHINE AS U WALK BY.

Fun place to hang out. Slow getting you drinks though when you are playing the slot machines.

Love that the place is smoke free except for the designated area I was able to play the slots without getting a headache from all the smoke

Giant casino! It has even restaurants inside. Friendly staff.

Enjoy the excitement of Harrah's! Servers are attentive. Buffet is great and other restaurants offer tasty food! Great overall atmosphere! A nice assortment of slots and table games! Always a good time!

Need lower stake table games and less grumpy locals playing poker treating waitresses poorly

Need more convenient ways to access free play and loosen slots.

When I'm in Las Vegas that's where I stay and I was surprised to see it here in New Orleans. If I knew they had the hair is here in New Orleans I would have stayed there.

Had a great time. We went Friday for the Seafood buffet and it was well worth the money. Enjoyed the parade. Did not win but enjoyed my free drinks while playing. Going back in summer.

I celebrated my 22nd birthday here for a while with my friends and family & we had a blast! Great & fast service, games are super fun & don t eat your money quickly. Definitely will come here again when I m in NOLA!

Smells good in the lobby! Lol. First casino ive ever been in. Seemed pretty nice! Won $300 !

Lost only. Couldn't win even one hand or roll or pull. It was crazy!

Hotel large, clean and staff friendly. Got locked out of our room x2, which was a pain, but was quickly remedied. Hop on/hop off bus close. Casino is very accessible.

Place was HUGE!! I'm used to the one in Cherokee NC... This place dwarfed that one had a blast and actually won some money!

Limited gaming and staff needs refresher on dealing with players. Food extremely overpriced, but it is a casino and New Orleans has way better options all around.

Whenever I'm in N.O. I make sure to stop here and play my slots. I always win and come out ahead

Place is good to spend time but none of the machines seemed to pay. I ended up betting low on all of the to play longer because every time the bet was raised the machines didnt pay.

Great casino, used the parking garage so you have to play for thirty minutes, or pay thirty dollars for the parking in our case. It was on a Saturday night while there and all the tables had a fifteen dollars minimum. It is a fun place to play.

Harrah's Casino in a New Orleans is beautiful! The slots are fair & payouts we're fairly steady. The beverage hostesses were very friendly with quick delivery. I really enjoyed the time I spent there!

Great casino! Clean and lots to do. Really enjoyed the bar inside called Hoodoo Lounge which my husband and I hung out at while my mom and aunt got their gambling fix. They also have a night club with a big bar which i wasn t to fond of because my husband and I sat there for a good 20 mins trying to get a drink and kept getting ignored. Everyone around us was being served except us. (club was empty, only a few people at the bar so there was no reason for us not to be served). That s how we ended up at Hoodoo lounge instead and really liked their customer service and vibe. Besides that experience, we would definitely return.

As far as casinos goes this has the all the elements with none of the class. Table games often have a werid spin ie not normal odds, and the workers don't seem to enjoy any part of the job. Still if you want your gambling fix while in Nola then come here.

Clean place, Vegas style. Friendly people. Lost money as expected.

I didn't gamble, but the staff was very friendly. The steak I had at their Steakhouse restaurant was amazing. My waiter/bartender Billy (I ate at the bar) was probably the best server I have ever met!

Quite a big casino. Lively place. Nice staff. Blackjack tables start from $10 min to $25 min. ATMs are available inside.

A fun way to spend a little time. Lots of slot machines, black jack and fun roulette.

A good sized casino, buffet was good and and they make sure you know you're in New Orleans :-)

My experience at Harrah's Casino was great. I enjoyed everything that Harrah's Casino had to offer and the benefits are great and love the buffet. The workers are very nice and helpful anytime i have problem. I enjoyed playing the slots machines.The drinks i ordered was brought me in a timely manner.

The music was too loud. I could not hear the person sitting next to me. It was so difficult to enjoy anything because it was entirely too crowded. The slots were not paying at all.

Great casino. The masquerade club inside has good music.

The entrance is grand. Smells clean with high fragrance at the entryway. Many many new slots everywhere. Beauyiful.decor and friendly staff and service. The only down side. There was NOONE winning.
We like to walk around and see if the machines are winning and we found NONE

We usually will play in the high roller room. It was dry dry in there..a huge disappointment.

Harrahs ought to be ashamed offering players $10 I'd rather go play at boomtown offering $40 a week plus $20 in food and Treasure Chest $30 per week. Come on Harrahs $10 a week is a slap in the face with me losing $15000 and $8000 calculated on my card.

The casino is great! Lots of fun. Party inside at Masquerade was awesome! Great security & staff!

They get my vote for great bars because I was able to catch the big Wilder v Fury for free and with no trouble. As soon as I walked in, was happy to see the fight was available.

Beautiful, Large & so many fun games to play! The first night we visited was a Saturday night & there was a live dj playing with a small dance floor & lots of people dancing & enjoying themselves. You have to be over 21 to get in & they serve you free drinks (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) while you play - you can order it right from the slot machine. There is also a nightclub inside also which look like it drew a decent crowd. Right of Canal st.

Children cannot go to the Buffet in Harrah's. Other than the incovenience of the children it was nice; but not as nice as MGM in Maryland. Helen Campbell
