Bally's Casino New Orleans Review

Lost everything. They seem to have it set against people a lot. The staff and cleanliness is what got it a 4 star. If it wouldnt have been for the staff mainly they probably would have gotten a 1 or 2. I mean if you spend 100 bucks at 3-6 bucks a spin and only win like 4 or 5 times not even half of what you are betting, then they have the machines too tight.

It has been the location of my company social event. We've arrived with a 'mardi gras' like parade and then had dinner, several hurricanes (the cocktail) and music in this location. We've definitely enjoyed the venue.

LOVED IT!! ATMOSPHERE IS FRIWNDLY, from security as you enter to the parking assistant as you leave ' everyone had a smile & warm words for you. The dealers at the table were eager to teach - I learned how to play 4 new table games.

Fun, lively, great location. Wait time for drinks was very long, hardly any wait staff on floor.

I visited Harrah's on a Sunday night. The service in all areas was good.

Harrah's is a beautiful casino. We have been several times and always have a great time. The buffet is still good, but the price for brunch is a little pricey.

No smoke smell. Alot of fun and lots of options for gambling.

This place needs newer slot machines. The ones they have now are pretty old and boring to be honest.

Would have rated a 5 but they don't give me a drinks played blck jack over an hour and not one drink

I'm a smoker, was surprised I enjoyed a non smoking casino. However the staff were slow and always walking around like they couldn't figure out what a straight line in. I got bumped into more times than is acceptable. Especially for 230 on a Sunday night

To be fair, I'm not a big fan of gambling to begin with. But these games seem to loose a lot quicker than anywhere else I've been. At least let me lose slowly. Also not a fan of the touch screen drink orders. Most people don't actually expect to win money gambling. It's supposed to be about having a good experience while you're shelling out your money, not just getting rid of money as fast and efficiently as possible.

Dimly lit in many areas , not sure why, I liked the big wheel, played the craps actually won $160.00.on that , not find of pokies so I didn't go down there,loved the free snacks and grog while you gamble got my kicks in that deal, recommend.

It was ok. Drinks stop being served at 11p.m. and not all dealers were kind.

NOT HAPPY. after spending a long night of throwing my money at the Casino, to be told that I couldn t sign up for the players card till 7 am ( Ridiculous ). Once I finally got my players card around 0900 the same pit boss I had all night had the gall to tell me that because my card was new I couldn t get a comp buffet. GTFO. The same pit boss that had an issue of how I staked my chips when I was going crazy on a win after win causing me to just cash out. Ridiculous. 0400-0900 26May18 Roulette. Fine I ll pay it myself some where else since apparently my money means nothing to this place. The only good thing was the dealers and servers. Edit : my good luck charm is to not say a single word and just let my girlfriend speak for me but ofcoarse that was an issue on the roulette table.

If you gamble this is the place to be! The food here is excellent

They have special rules here for blackjack that is highly unusual and lowers your odds of winning. Stick to slots.

Was at the casino during the Thanksgiving holiday. Had a wonderful experience. I met some of the friendliness employees; the cocktail waitress's took excellent care of me. I'm so looking forward to my next visit.

Really enjoyed myself. Buffet and food places were good. It is walking distance from most conference hotels.

This was a first! However being here was nice and refreshing. The place is so huge it even has a smoking game area and it doesn't travel to the non smoking areas. So everyone would be pleased. This place will serve you drinks while gaming. Just tap on the screen and place your order for prompt delivery.

Cool casino with live entertainment. I won $150 on the blackjack table in 10 minutes and got up.

Loose slots on anything above the $5 slots but the $1 & $5 slots are too tight. Be careful with them.

Fun place need more table games open but still fun.

If i lived in New Orleans i would definitely take my bartending skills here!!! The place was awesome!! First time i ever went to the Casino was on this trip for my birthday!!!! The workers were awesome and the customers were even cooler!! Spent 5$ at the table and lost it all lol... so i quit hahhaa.

Went on a rainy Friday night and the minimum bet black Jack tables were 10.00 and minimum bet roulette were all 20.00. Music was super loud. Wait staff was pretty quick for a casino.

Too many people in town to stay long! They are starving for fun. Felt I was intruding so left early.
