Real bad experience paid a total of 8,000 dollars and he did absolute nothing and I saw him at the most 2 times.

The lady I was talking with seemed helpful at first. But when I called her after I asked her a question she just said they can't help me and hung up on me. So much for answering my one question. Guess they only help people when it's convenient for them. Dear owner or whoever you are that left a response to my comment. The lady I spoke to could have easily told me that I have to be a client in order to be helped but she didn't. I spoke to her on a Wednesday and told me she would call me back the next and she would have an answer for me. She could have explained to me that I should come in for a consultation instead she said that they can't help and hung up on me. So don't correct me if you don't know the whole story behind the truth.

We had applied for permanent residency for my mother-in-law. During the adjustment of status step, the USCIS incorrectly concluded that my mother-in-law had left the country and hence abandoned the application. We had only about 30 days to respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) and to complicate the issue this was also the holiday time.

It was our good fortune to find Mr. Shah. In response to our initial email query sent Friday, we got his response on Saturday itself and we could meet him the following Monday. He patiently took note of all the facts of the case. His demeanor and his thoughtful approach was very reassuring. Right in front of us he had drafted a letter to the USCIS office. He also promised to follow-up with phone calls to the appropriate people in the local USCIS office.

Needless to say, Mr. Anuj Shah's intervention saved the day. Two months from the initial NOID, USCIS acknowledged their error and reopened the case. A week after that initial letter, my mother-in-law was granted permanent residency.

Besides his specialization in law, we got to know that Anuj Shah's educational background includes studies in French literature and a doctorate in philosophy. I note this because I suspect this background informs his thoughtful and caring approach to his clients.

Worked with them for several months on a EMERGENCY CASE they didn t do a thing, If I got to see Mr.Anuj 3X During the time I was lucky if I spoke to him once it was a miracle!!!
