Just left had great time and came out ahead can not ask for a better start to the day

The casino is nice and clean, there are lots of different options for gambling.

I really enjoyed playing blackjack and roulette on a computer screen with two live dealers standing up front. This took a lot of pressure off when I was learning and didn't really know what I was doing. However, the $5 minimum bet prevented me from playing for very long.

I absolutely loved that there was no smoking inside the casino, as I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke.

I did, however, receive very poor service at the Starbucks located inside the casino. The employees did not have the sense of urgency that typical Starbucks employees have. There were three people behind the counter but only one of them seemed to be working, the other two were chatting, despite a line of customers.

Good hot slots, And drinks are free five dollar black jax. Was great

Inside is really nice, but there aren't a lot of good options for small stakes blackjack. ATM costs 6 dollars to get money, which is dumb. Didn't stay long, probably won't go back

Machines are old and outdated. Many are out of order. Needs a complete overhaul in casino areas.

Too expensive on food. People are nice but they keep carding people who are clearly over 19. It slows down getting in the door unnecessarily. Just not very impressed.

I enjoy this casino. Have been several times played blackjack and won. Not Smokey which I like.

They had a parade with musicians and dances. It was extremely Cold. Drinks were Great! !

Worst payout percentage in New Orleans last in comps and close to Impossible to get a drink I went there off and on for two years and yet to see anything in return

We went to dinner in the biffet of this casino and compsrtir the amusements that are offered there. The buffet is good with a variety of wide and well-prepared offers. Unbeatable attention all the staff willing to help timely. The well-designed building and the very functional aesthetic play areas. Well worth the trip.

Best thing about this is no smoking inside the building

Friendly staff and fun games. Affordable blackjack and other games. I went here about 3 times with my money limit on pocket and had fun.

Nice Casino. Problem though is that it's just loud with all the people. Gave them 2 stars because I was charged for parking eventhough I had my ticket validated for eating at "The Steakhouse" and not only spending $92.48 for one Teabone Steak and 6 Asparagus sticks. But also playing on the Tables for about 4hours and losing about $700 I still had to pay $30 for the damn parking because for some reason the ticket was not working to show it was validated.

To spend an excellent afternoon, next to the mississippi river.

Nice rooms. Consistent terrible payouts in my experience. Went with 6 family members the last time we visited, we all lost. QUICKLY.

Fun Casino. Lots of different gaming options. Staff is patient on the off hours. Will give you pointers if you are a novice. Free drinks are ok, better off buying your drinks. Loved the Walking Dead seated game.

my last two trips to Harrah s New Orleans on July and today was one of my most horrible experience I ever had with Security and House Keeper management.
Ac and vent system was filthy as soon as Soon as my 2years old start sneezing My 5years son remind me the last time we were at Harahs that incident hapened.
I immediately looked at the AC and vent it was so much dust that I m going to attach the picture here and I asked for a manager after an hour finally Housekeeping manager (Cassandra)introduced herself as a hotel manager untill saw her tag she order to come and change the filter which was so dirty You could tell haven t been change for months.
So took hours for fake hotel manager to show up and she mad it worst and we had to leave.

Thank you an outstanding Veteran's Day experience. Honoring the five armed Services by posting their flags in grand fashion - well done and much appreciated.

Complimentary breakfast buffet for Veterans, too.

Had fun lost money but had drinks and played for a long while.

I like the blue moon and the abita Amber draft beer all the beverage servers and bar tenders all real good at there job I like the location and the atmosphere.

Walked in for supper after checking into the Hilton across the street. Put a $20 in a here was the outcome. Nice place to visit.

Very different since my last visit. Was only there for a few minutes. Seems as though it had been expanded.

This casino was fun the staff are friendly and they have complimentary drinks, I heard the one in Texas doesn t offer complimentary drinks and I think they should because it s nice to have a drink here and there to unwind. I visited 2 times in my recent visit and we had a great time I will definitely go back, now on the negative side there was a bartender an older woman who wasn t very friendly she was sarcastic when I asked what type of cocktails do they have being that I rarely drink I m not familiar with a lot of drinks she even started to sing about how people should know what they want to order to drink she was very rude. She thought she was so cool dancing around and singing about how I didn t know what to order and that was rude!

Wonderful place , clean , great service waitress serving the drinks is the best (free drinks) lol
