Stayed there twice in the last couple of months because of 3arena. Booked it through a 3rd party website. Rooms were clean and they do a good breakfast. Only niggle would be the bar where I found the service fairly lacking. Lads behind it seem to more worried about breaks than serving customers.

It is a fairly large hotel with a townhouse pub. The rooms are quite large and the location is not bad: in 15 minutes walking you are in the center. We ordered room service at night and the food was terrible. The breakfast, not included, based on coffee, croastan and fruit was very bad. The double bed, large and comfortable but the bathrooms need an urgent reform.

Arrived at the Hotel at midnight. I had a prepaid room, but the they told me that because of a mess in their system they don't have a room for me and that I have to go to another hotel. They would call me a cap. Just speculating, but I guess they just overbooked and thought because I had not arrived yet that it is okay to give it away.
I then waited for ~20 minutes for a taxi. Instead after 20 minutes they told me that they had found a room and I was given room keys.
Sadly, those keys did not work and I had to return to the reception. They did not believe me and sent a guy with me to explain how the system works. This obviously did not help and thus the guy opened the room with a general key and promised to bring a replacement ASAP. ASAP turned out to be about an hour.
Net result, I could finally get to sleep more than 1.5 hours later than I anticipated. The staff did not really care about this, either.

Provides sub par conditions for people seeking asylum that are staying with them. Profiting off of human misery and by a large margin at that. Facilitating human suffering and getting paid to do it.

Comfortable hotel with really good food. Leaves many attractions like the Aviva Stadium at walking distance, and has a bus stop that can take you to the city center right next to the hotel's entrance.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only tiny mishap was I put breakfast card on door around 10pm and it didn't get taken. Other than that had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

for the price was high but that is not what pissed me off, it was all the extras on top of that: 10 for wifi, 10 for parking, A vodka no coke was 7 and the TV had 2 channels that were unwatchable, because it was fuzzy and not connected properly, it's a beautiful place but not really worth it, there are cheaper, prettier, more genuine places in Dublin

Rooms are well maintained and very cosy. My room was on the fifth floor and had really good natural lighting. Loved it. Efficient service across the board and friendly staff. Easy drive-in and wheelchair accessibility. We had a dinner event planned for a guest list of around 75 people -- next to the bar/breakfast area. Worked out really well with minimal disturbance to rest of the hotel guests.

After a long journey from Donegal in atrocious weather arriving tired and weary, we were greeted by a manager Calum McBreen who carried our luggage made sure we were swiftly checked in and proceeded to reserve a table in the piano lounge with a complientary bottle of wine. He was friendly charming and had a lovely sense of humour outstanding hospitality. All the staff that we met were very friendly a specially mention to Elaine O'Riordan on reception.Thankyou all for a lovely welcome and stay.

Very spacious and clean room and bathroom for a king bed room. Some of the tv channels are not tuned in properly, bed is comfy but the pillows aren't great. Have had better pillows in a premier inn. It served our purpose well as it is very close to the American embassy

This is a very over-rated hotel. We booked our vacation in Ireland through a travel agent and this hotel was last on the stop before flying back to NYC. When I read that it was in the "most prestigious neighborhoods in Dublin" I understood it might be a little uppity and residential. What I did not expect was for it to be in a desolate industrial neighborhood with nothing but office complexes, no restaurants and no bars nearby of note other than the fantastic Thai restaurant we found a five minute walk away. You are forced to pay their parking fee. You are forced to pay their WiFi fee. I was afraid to call them to fix the broken television for fear of another service fee.

My entire stay here I felt as if I had a target on my back. I know it's a business and they need to make money, but they should focus more on making their customers feel more like guests and less like victims. Also of note is the fact that the lobby smells like a Goodwill thrift shop / used clothes, the wallpaper is peeling and the floors are stained.

Clean and spacious rooms. Standard staff. Convenient location and overall quiet. The only flaw is the damage suffered to our car in the hotel car park: they were initially willing to commit themselves to watching the surveillance footage and to promise that they would contact us as soon as the dynamics were discovered but they did not make themselves heard anymore.

Receptionist, bar, breakfast, and other staff were all friendly and remembered my face and name after one day. Free Irish breakfast tasted excellent. Helpful in getting me to places I wanted to go cheaply.

20 minutes from downtown walking. The comfortable room without more.

Room service very bad and very expensive. We arrived late, the restaurant was closed, we tried to call reception and nobody answered the call. I had to go down and look for someone from the staff to take the order.

After about half an hour, came an insipid Club Sandwich, 6.95, a pizza that did not exceed 25 centimeters in diameter 12.95 and especially 3 mini-cakes (2 snacks per cake as much) for 9.95, I felt cheated.

A fantastic location and a great hotel. There are so many facilities including a barber and a fantastic bar/restaurant. The team there were really accommodating to my needs. Would recommend highly if travelling for business or even if visiting Dublin for a few days.

No noise insulation on my room, could hear the street noises as well as the guest next door snoring. The breakfast was limited to English taste and very poor in selection. When checking out I wasn't even asked if my stay was good, that's how little they care.

Had two meals here one night after the next one was very nice lovely staff and tasty food the second was a big let down, there was 6 of us . The service was so slow and the food wasn't hot . The desserts were cold and the staff didn't seem too bothered . Very annoying because one meal was so nice and the other was a let down.

TL DR Don't stay there

Stayed there with my girlfriend from Friday 30/08/19 to Sunday 01/09/19, the check-in was perfect, also the room was amazing, but the experience on Friday evening at dinner was atrocious, first of all, the hotel restaurant is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, which beggars belief, why close the restaurant on the busiest two evenings of the week, we couldn't find a table in the bar, so sat in the piano lounge, the wait staff who served us hardly spoke English, and we had to explain everything twice, WE also were presented with the bill for the food right after ordering, which we found highly unusual for an allegedly upscale place like this, when we confronted the manager about this, we were told in a very patronising tone: 'So, so, sowwy about this, why didn't you speak up to the waiter?' We were offered a complimentary dessert, but we won't be back in this place, at checkout this morning, the receptionist was in no way pleasant, and just went through the motions of checkout.

Stay was below average. Not many facilities. Room didn't even have a complimentary water bottle. We ordered veg pizza with extra tomato sause! How hard is that to make? They put so much of extra sause that topping would slide off the base. Never had such a pizza. Rooms were okish. Won't recommend going there
