Free parking for guests was amazing perk! We thought we were going to have to pay and were pretty jaded about the idea but parking ended up being free for us. Location is just down the road from some amazing food choices. We had a 3 person room and initially thought they forgot the third person's towels but in reality they were in the closet. We pre-bought breakfast but honestly, it isn't that good. Everything lacks flavor. That is the only real downfall. If you don't need to add breakfast for some reason, go somewhere else to eat your breakfast. Other than that, the only flaw to the room was a broken door stop. Everything else was great.

What can I say - really old hotel that wasn t renovated since it was open. Half of the room is falling apart, when you walk in there is a smell of an old grandma house, breakfast is below any recommendation and that s about it.

I had the misfortue to participate in an event hosted at the Ballsbridge hotel. Well, to put it politely, this hotel has clearly seen better days. The rooms are extremely worn down and it doesn't seem like anybody cared about the decay at all.

This hotel is located near the city and falls in Dublin 4. The rooms are small and the service provided here doesn't match the standards & the prices they charge you for. Wifi did not work for me during my stay here.

For Indians staying here, you would have a food option for indian food called Kerala Kitchen. It is located on the lane opposite to the hotels entrance (called Baggot lane).

You would be steam iron, wardrobe closet, electric kettle along with toiletries.

Shower did not work properly for me. Complained many a times but it did not get fixed.

My experience was not great here. Please take your call accordingly

I been there un 2008. But the service guys, mainly the receptionists were terrible. I remember a spanish lady that worked in this hotel, she was so rude and despicable with the hosts. I been 1 month placed on site, in its hotel. I should have more RESPECT! I have spent about 2000 euros in total

The hotel was elegant, and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant had delicious food, and just outside the lobby was a lounge to sit and have a drink, while enjoying live piano music. The free internet, however, was below standards compared to other hotels. If you are traveling on a business trip, it might be difficult to do some work online. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.

Booked a christmas work party weeks ago, paid deposit and booked rooms etc. Hotel Rang yesterday to cancel on us due to 'not enough' numbers! Ridiclous statement and so late in advance that we now cant get another venue for the date! Will never be looking into hotel again!

This is supposed to be a high end high tech hotel. It has taken six calls and two days to get the clocks set correctly. I don't know if they are going to correct this issue or not. Further, the button that turns on the spa is broken, I have no confidence that it will be.

Nice food and polite attentive staff.
Some might say the decor is dated but I found it a pleasant change from the steel and glass of newer hotels.

We stayed at this hotel from 27/7 to 2/8 located about 15 minutes walk from Dublin city center and very convenient for airport bus stops (stop in front of the hotel) and Dublin city center (taking the 4 or 7 stops always in front of the hotel).
In addition to the comforts mentioned, the room where we stayed was very spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory, also for vegetarians and celiacs. But it is the staff, the real highlight of the hotel with some members of the Italian-speaking staff and in particular to underline the availability of IVAN, Irish but very generous in the concierge, Francesca in the kitchen, and the great Italian MARCO CARBONI from Rome, very professional with everyone for every need but with an eye for Italian customers.
What more can we say? If you pass or stay in Dublin you just have to book at the ballsbridge Hotel !!!

Very nice Hotel, good beds and bathroom. We are in summer and the room is hot, it seems that a certain temperature can not be lowered anymore, so there is a fan that helps with the open window. The neighboring Bar is no wonder in atmosphere and price, better to go out, there are nice places at 5 minutes walking. The breakfast buffet is good and strong.
