Good room, nice size. Good bathroom. A little dated in appearance but not tatty. No air con though and there's a lot of construction near by so would be noisy during the day with windows open.
Update 9th July '17:
Though staying on other side this week, no construction; ask for an odd number room!

Nice place to stay, but the WiFi is dodgy and often doesn't work for hours at a time, and the staff just tells you to call their provider, which means long hold times and not really any useful help. Also: the least comfortable, hardest pillows I've had in any hotel. Great breakfast, though, with plenty of veggie options.

Good service, ok bathroom, but rooms lacking in condition. There was no fridge in the rooms so one had not been able to cool the actual items to drink. Our breakfast the same all days without any variation .. Dinner you could get served to the room or buy in the hotel bar..When we reserved rooms at this hotel we got to know that it jaded 4 stars .. i just wanted the feather 2 of them because of the stand. Another thing that is good is that you can trade things with the Norwegian currency. will not sleep in this hotel again

As a venue it's quite good. However the food is extortionately priced. 16.50 for a burger and chips and 20 for a 6oz steak sandwich.
The food is good and well cooked. But seriously overpriced

It was a business trip and the hotel was perfect for the purpose. The people in Reception were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was buffet self service, everything was fresh and tasty. I will use the hotel again and would recommend it fully to others.

Awful hotel, staff are so rude (especially duty manager today 22/02/2018, not even quite sure of his name but how he works in the hospitality business is beyond me! Bar staff are rude, food is ok but nothing special, overall give this one star, won't be staying again that's for sure!

Overall the hotel is a pretty good place to stay. Its about a 20 minute walk from the main centre of Dublin so nice if you don't want to be too central. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering was good.

The only downside was a lack of air conditioning in the rooms, so even when we stayed on a chilly April weekend it was too hot an uncomfortable when sleeping, even after turning our radiator off.

Somewhat older hotel. Often had rooms on the first floor - old, stained and slightly broken furniture, unattractive carpet, in places noisy. Not necessarily recommended or for the price you will find more comfortable accommodations.

Awful hotel, overpriced and no AC! Can't believe me and 2 other guys spent 400 each for 6 nights, don't think any of us slept more than 6 hours a night, despite being in the room for 10 hours a night.

Arrived from a long haul flight from Sydney after more than 26hrs flying and tired we arrived at our hotel only to be told we couldn't book in until 3pm. After booking a hop on bus to fill time in we got back to book in. Upon arriving at the room which was neat and tidy the only draw back is there was no air conditioning it was hot but they did supply a fan upon request. The meal at the pub attached to the hotel was a bit overpriced for value for money with 1 piece oh Fish and a couple of chips costing me 18 Euro equivalent to $30 Aus. Therefore not the best hotel I've stayed in.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, elegant but informal at the same time. It is not cheap but it is worth its price, I recommend taking advantage of discounts for Sunday night, depending on the period makes its price really advantageous

As far as hotels go, it was okay, but not the 4* experience, I have stayed in various 4, 5 and 7 star hotels and this was definitely not a 4* experience, the breakfast did not have many non pork options, the toiletries in the room were not adequate, no bathrobe or sandals, the phone in the room did not work. The room also did not have a thermostat so if you are feeling hot, open the window and if you are cold.... Good luck to you!
In terms of location there are many offices around and you cab get a rather expensive taxi, it is not near the city centre so suitable for you if you are a Google employee as this hotel is very close to the Google campus. The staff were okay but not many of them around. In my opinion this is more of a 3* business hotel, good for people travelling with work and conferences.

The hotel is dated at first glance but the rooms are clean enough and beds are comfortable. It's the perfect location for me because I can walk to the office and my favorite cafes are just a short walk away.

Hotel is fine but could benefit from some modernisation. Recommend asking for fans in hotter weather as there's no A/C available. Rooms are large but I found that the bed wasn't comfortable. Shower pressure was lacking in my room (8th floor) but I'm imagining that this is due to the height and other reviews mention it's not an issue. WiFi is super fast - really useful. I'd like to see more vegan options on the restaurant menus if possible. Blackout blinds would also be welcomed in summer months (sun comes up at 5am).

The Ballsbridge rooms are quite large and the beds very comfortable. The hotel was well staffed and smoothly run. We really lucked out to be at the piano bar to listen to the stylings of Mr Eamon Monahan, a world renowned musician back in the day, who plays Friday and Saturday evenings. We sang Beatle tunes and show tunes, and he regaled us with Chopin, and Mozart, Tschaikovsky, and Saint-Saens. It was a night to remember. If you love music this is the place to be .

Nice hotel, clean, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast with lots of fruit and gluten free department. Inside there is a pub which also prepares meals and a restaurant. Stayed 2 nights if I went back to Dublin I would definitely stay there again

Rooms are nice, area is less central but nice as well. Rooms could be cleaner (hair in the bathroom, dirty towels, old bread in the tv cabin). I had a room right in front of the elevator in the ground floor, so it was very loud in the morning.
