I was very happy with my services performed by Amy. The Med spa it s self is charming. The staff was and continues to be friendly and helpful. I found the reception quite fast in replying to my emails and very attentitive on the phone also.
I would recommend Faces MD to anyone who is looking for cosmetic services. Amy has quite the eye for detail.
This place is not welcoming to diverse clientele and staff. Overheard owner describe people in a derogatory manner which is not okay in 2020. Better places to spend your money.
Always have a great experience here, no problems at all. I have botox ,fillers and many different facials over the years , great results . I am very concerned for the business reopening soon , Coronavirus has caused many smaller businesses to face many challenges.
Terrible service. I heard the owner talking badly about clients and heard horror stories from another friend who went there. I wish I could give 0 stars. Make sure you do your research before ending up at a place like this.
Unfortunately I worked here. I was instructed to not disinfect equipment to be more cost efficient. The needles here are not disposed of properly instead thrown in the trash. Employees are hired here to preform services they are not qualified to do. I was instructed to use equipment that was only meant to be used by a doctor. I was eventually let go for refusing to use needles on customers to perform things like Botox and other services that I am not qualified for. Basically if you come here you have an uneducated student preforming services that only a doctor should be preforming in order to pay the employee min wage and get the most money out of people.
Amy has been my Botox girl for years. One of the talented Injectable nurse. She will explain in details the procedure , what to expect and what not. Professional and lovely person.
Her Injectable nose job is the best!
PROCEDURES DONE DANGEROUSLY
It is so important that you do your research before going to ANY clinic. I came here a few times for botox (which I was always told I need more than I actually do - a money grab tactic) - I now go to a different clinic and they couldnt beleive I was being injected so many units of botox when it wasnt necessary.
The biggest concern is that the under eye filler is done INCORRECTLY - what I didnt know then is that a canula needle needs to be used NOT a regular Botox needle BECAUSE it is extremly dangerous and also causes side affects such as Tyndall - which I ended up experiencing and got dissolved at another clinic.
It's one thing to be greedy and inject more product than you should BUT its a completly different thing to be injecting DANGEROUSLY and risking the patients health and safety.
PLEASE educate yourself before doing anything - but please stay away from this clinic (depsite what the repsonse is on here that Nurse Amy has over 10 years experience) - this is someone elses life in your hands FacesMD!

Went here twice for the same Botox tx. Close to my workplace & home, however will not be returning. There are so many options out there, do your research!
Faces MD is amazing - Amy and Zhana are so great and I have the best experience every time I come in to get skin and body treatments. Everything is clean and sterilized and everyone is so pleasant. I am not sure why some of these reviews say that the nurse is not properly trained as all my friends/colleagues go to Amy and everyone is very happy with their results and treatments/facials/laser hair removal and refer their friends to her as well. I give this clinic 5 stars and if anyone says otherwise then they are probably competitors trying to give this clinic a bad name.
