Everything is beautiful, interesting architecture, a lot of animals. The show of the program seemed boring and not interesting. Were at the show of elephants and tigers. The safari itself is cool, advice - try to get on the bus where the least number of children is, otherwise you can go deaf from their enthusiastic cries.
The only downside is the overpriced 80 bucks per person. Well, whatever the level of Bali.

The animals inside can be seen being taken care of very well! If you are lucky enough, there is a guide called Angus who introduces animals very interesting and very careful! In the expansion of the park, I will go see it again! Very worth it!

It is one of great zoo in Indonesia. The Bali Safari and Marine Park located quite far from Denpasar. It took 1 hours by car through the by pass street and headed to Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus street. On weekend you should bought the ticket via online because it will be crowded. I came on weekday so it wasn't too crowded. I bought the ticket on the spot. After you bought the ticket you will use the shuttle bus to go to the park. You can enjoy a lot of attractions there from bird feeding, aligator feeding, etc. You can also use the shuttle bus to go around to look for animals from different continent. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to come again.

Awesome place, a MUST DO !!!

Recommended itinerary:

2. Watch traditional fire dance at 7 pm
3. Have dinner
4. Go for Night Safari in special caged vehicles for up-close encounter with wild animals
5. Sleep at one of the cottages overlooking wild animals
6. In the morning feed the animals from room -1 bowl of carrots provided
7. Have breakfast with the lions
8. Go for Day Safari at 9:45
9. Watch shows - Animal show, Elephant show, Tiger show
10. Feed Elephants, Meercats, and farm animals in petting zoo.
11. Visit other areas in safari park like museum, temple
12. Depart by 2 pm
13. You can visit small Marine park for 50k IDR per person. We skipped it as most resorts in Nusa Dua have same size water parks with free access.

They are coming up with Dolphin encounter. I am sure this will be amazing too.

Needless to say, our experience here was amazing. We didn't have the problems that many other users have reported in the reviews like Rude people, crowded safaris etc.

Yes, its costly. But the experience is all worth it !!

Although they have "Safari" in their name, they are definitely not a safari. All of the animals are in small enclosures and they don't get to walk around in a large space. The zoo tries to make the space look like a natural habitat, but it's not. The animals are kept in their place with wires around the perimeter. The wires are so slim that it's hard to see, making the space not look so small, but look at the pictures. And you have to think that if a wire is that slim, keeping an animal in, that it must be tied to electricity.
A a safari is supposed to be a tour of the animals in their natural habitat, meaning that we should be driving around in a jungle or a very large space looking for the animals, but what they've done instead is have on-going bus tours, where they stop in front of each small enclosure, disturbing the animals on a very regular basis and continually exposing them to the bus fumes. I would NOT recommend this place.

Its good exp3rience if you pay for the ultimate package, but not worth it for the value of money. I think its too pricey for indonesian (if taking the base package), and you didnt get much value

Bali Safari Park is pretty good. It seems smaller than the summit safari. There are not many animals. We go around on a safari by the car that has been provided. Price for adults 135k, children 110k. There are packages that we can choose from at a nervariative price. One alternative to entertainment in Bali besides the beach.

They give educational shows about the conservation of the animals and elephant protection. The animals are well-groomed and healthy. The whole park is clean with proper disposal bins. The staff is nice and friendly. The only thing that they have to improve is the marine area. Add some more attractions and not just aquariums, though the school of piranhas is nice to see. The price is reasonable.

Had the greatest time in Ubud.

Had the greatest time in Ubud.

I didn t enjoy Ubud as I should have.

But in safari I had fun!

We had a shuttle from a market near our villa at 8:30am and at 4:30pm took us back there.

We paid 800k per person and enjoyed our time there not paying anything else except our lunch and some souvenirs (souvenirs were little expensive).

All the shows were amazing. Specially the big show at 2:30pm.
They really worked hard for it.

The one thing that We really kept complaining about is the heat. There is not much fans and no AC at all. Even in the big theater.

Other than that, we loved the place and i ll come back in the future. Hopefully they will provide more fans by then.

Amazing place with wide variety of flora and fauna a worth while visit if you are in bali and you are a nature admirer.
Must watch Bali agung show an 1hr spectacular show in quality build theatre with all the modern equipment amd good sound quality that is included in all package.
You are not allowed to carry food and water inside so keep good amount of money in the pocket.

Ticket prices buy on the spot 175rb on Wednesday week. If you want to be cheaper, want to buy online. The performances offered involve more people, than animals. If the orientation is more to see animals, it is the poor zoo.

Just come here to watch the night safari ... highly recommended. Can directly see wild animals outside the cage. In fact, we can give food directly to lions and tigers, elephants too ... if you are lucky you can hold the soles of the feet or the fur of the tiger (but you have to be careful according to the direction of the zoo keeper). After that, you can eat the barbeque buffet etc. And there is a fire dance show .... just have to be prepared to spend quite a bit . For local tourists 500 thousand per head ... for foreign tourists it can be 2x the price

Educational attractions for adult children can also enjoy this place ... even large places of animals are placed in natural areas so that they resemble their native habitat .... very good for introducing animal diversity to children

Review is for the Night Safari part which is defiantly not worth the money. Wow for the price we paid I was expecting great things from this tour as I love animals and have been to many zoos around the world and this was by far one of the most dissapointing for the price. We start off by being told night we wanted was full thats fine change to another night we are told be there by 445 bus leaves at 5pm we got there early at 430 to pay etc and bus does not arrive until after 530 then we begin out 1hr 40min bus ride in an uncomfortable bus to the park, we then wait in a vip room with either a free juice or water and get loaded row by row into a tram thing that takes us to start our night walk. The keeper was informative and very friendly, the walk lasts 10mins you see a few animals along the way some up close but nothing to fancy I enjoyed the white tiger spotting though. Then we got handed over to our coordinator who didnt really explain what was happening we arrived just as the fire show started and because of the lack of any seating we had to stand and then ferried quickly to the animal encounter which was very rushed and we weren't even told what animal we were meeting. Some of our group then went to the buffet while we had to ask what we were doing, turns out the safari tour great finally. It turned out to be about a ten min ride and while seeing the tigers up close (be careful though as they will drop raw meat on you) and feeding the zebras for a minute that really is where the fun ended. We then got back to the holding area and finally now at like 9pm it was dinner time we get to the buffet there is like three choices - all disgustingly cold we couldn't eat and a few slices of fruit. The other peope in our group also had cold food who were eating before us so god knows how long the food was sitting out for. You relly had to drive yourself there to be there early enough to be able to eat the bland food warm. Then back to waiting more for the bus back to the drop point which took a long time as well. Finally the night was over with the walk back to the hotel and being exhausted after our long expensive experience and not getting a whole lot out of except the friendlyness of all the staff involved. If we had paid a more reasonable price and the food was eatable I feel it would have been a much better experience
