Suitable for refreshing with family, children and grandchildren.

The tour is cool, it just looks like the safari park is smaller than the one in Cisarua, huh?
Anyway, nice experience ...

Quite a well organized place, can be nice for family outing. I'd go once, not more than that.

Got my ticket to Bali Safari and marine park at Klook for only PHP2000. This is the Jungle Hopper that took my safari journey on a different level. It has an access to the Waterpark and fresh water aquarium. You can also watch the Bali Agung show with this ticket.
I am giving this a 5 star rating because
- they picked me up and also had me returned to a drop off area near my hotel
- most of the Safari animals looks healthy and well fed
- you can eat on a restaurant while interacting with the giraffes
- the bus on the Safari has a guide that tells us about the animals
- free food inclusive of the package

Thus, this safari experience is amazing!!

Nice place that give us many inform about animals. But the health protocol still lacking. When we saw the show, may people didn't care to follow physical distancing and didn't have officer to manage us
I hope it will be better soon to follow health protocol especially in this time

It was a crowded day with lot of school children with parents. But the shows were good and safari was interesting

We were greeted at reception to bad news and bad manners. We were told that 2/5 of the 'night safari package' was cancelled due to the weather, although had to pay the full package price regardless. This is completely unacceptable and we received no empathy from the people behind the desk either. After asking to talk to the manager we were then informed there was no manager on site!! I understand it was the managers decision whether to offer a discount in this instance but the fact there was none on site and the company didn't have a suitable contingency plan during bad weather to reimburse the customer was very very disconcerting. How can you justify paying full price when two of the 5 activities have been cancelled? We weren't the only customers to be aggrieved by this. There clearly wasn't the required staff on site who could speak English, Korean, Chinese etc sufficiently to cope with the diverse numbers of tourists which visit the park. After paying full price in the end, the actual night safari and dinner was very enjoyable. But the fact we had to pay full price for half a package left a bad taste in our mouth.

There was also a sign saying 'walk in reservation' when you weren't actually allowed to walk in and make a reservation. Everything had to be prebooked. Very strange.

A suitable place to fill your leisure time, typical uniformed officers will help direct tourists, tourists will be given a bracelet as a ticket, save many animal animals, we can ride the transportation provided to see on safari

Very good curation of wildlife but be prepared to spend the time. Think admission is rather costly though. If you think it goes to conservation then it's worth it.

It's a nice place, very good for families. We took the Jungle Hopper package which allows you to do the Safari ride only once, but to be honest when you have done it once you saw pretty much everything that had to be seen.

There is educational animal shows that are very interesting! It's not the kind of shows where the animals ride a bicycle or something, it's really more of an introduction to a bunch of animals, and some that we didn't even know existed. The day went by pretty fast after seeing all the shows in the morning, doing the Safari ride during lunch as there was close to no one waiting.

They also have a very big show called Bali Agung Show with about a hundred actors and spectacular decor where they teach about the origin of Bali in a one hour show with close to no dialog.

Definitely worth going there specially if you have children.

The collection of animals is diverse. Indonesia India and Africa. Well organized. Clean and nice.

Good place for adventure but not such open jeep jungle safari. Marine park is not yet open

For the second time, I enjoyed a night safari at this place, the buffet food was not as good as a few years ago.

This was a great spot to take our son where we showed him pretty much all the Safari animals. The ride along the park was especially cool and we saw a special tour group actually go around with us feeding the animals (if you're willing to pay extra)... crazy. it is expensive to be at this place and expect to be here pretty much all day as they do have shows throughout the day. The food here is alright and they do have a lot of kid friendly food.

Must visit place.. Esp wit the tigers and lions coming on ur vehicle is an experience

Interesting tourist attractions, you spend the whole day to go around seeing animals and various other activities in this place, such as animal shows, animal education, fun zones etc.

I have visited many zooes in my life but none LIKE THIS One!! MOST of the zooes I have been to, I could never get so close to the animals. BUT here, the lion was so close I could almost touch it. I didnt LIKE the prices though they were quite high.

Boring... Nothing to do much... Also on a very expensive side... Things inside are expensive

The Safari is not good. But the animal show was good.

Nice safari and outing for a single day visit. The shows are well organized and performed meticulously. The Safari itself seems short though. Must visit for a Bali trip

What a place... Verry good place to see many animals. Indeed...

It is a suitable place to teach young animals "in Indonesia and from outside Indonesia because here we will take a tour of the wild animals that have been released by using a special bus so we can see the animals" from a close distance. We can also watch attractions "from cute animals" such as dogs, guinea pigs and birds to attractions "from wild animals such as lions. We can also go around seeing" animals "that are either in cages, aquaria or with limited glass or fences.

The new rides for Bali Marine Park will be finished soon .... adding to a new atmosphere with sea nuances

We did night safari. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dinner is also inclusive for the ticket you buy. Tour guides are also very funny and try to keep the momentum. All and all good experience.

A comfortable place for a vacation and educating children ...

Reception is not professional .... waited 1 hour ...

I ordered the ticket agent for 2 Adult 1 Child in Surabaya ... May 4 2017 to May 11 2017 ... arrived at Bali Safari still checking whether the agent had paid ... waited up to 1 hour ... and it turned out that the agent had transferred May 5 2017 ...

Reception does not check incoming payments from the agent and we have to wait for 1 hour ..... it's hot, our child is fussy .... and waiting for 1 hour is only one hour SORRY, sir, even though we lost a LOT of animal shows because the reception didn't check Proof of payment from the previous agent

Very nice place with care for the animals. We as family spend the whole day and I could recommend you to take the package with elephant rating. Very nice experiance and fun for the children and adults.

This place have a good collection of animals but too many "pay more" for other services like watching show, etc.

Clean, comfortable and natural tourist attractions. Complete facilities and friendly staff, better at 10:00 am on the spot.

I have not seen everything, even though I left in the morning, I had to be satisfied for 2 days because I saw everything

Overall well put together and quite well maintained for Indonesian tourist attraction. Some areas could be better maintained. The highlight of the place is of course the safari ride where you can get really up close with some amazing big cats like Tigers and Lions.

Packages feel quite pricy compared to other world class zoos like Singapore Zoo and Night Safari but no harm contributing more to the local Bali economy.

Had a bad experience at the UMA restaurant where one of the staff lost their patience at a customer and was shouting a few times. It didn t help that the guy had a shaved head and full sleeve tattoos that made him rather aggressive.

The location is shady, so it is a favorite destination while in Bali. Even though the animals are limited to only Asia and Africa, they are quite entertaining to release fatigue

Sleeping in the family room for a day, riding the elephant for free, and applying for a Jeep Safari. The amount was 1,000,000 rupiah. It took about 50 minutes and it was fun.
The zoo is small, but it was just worth seeing, but the kids were so hot that it was hard.
Transportation was a little inconvenient when I got out.
