My husband and I stayed with our two young girls and managed to get a romantic dinner while kids were safely entertained at the well equiped kids club. Our room was very very nice. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel area is huge that we can bike around with kids. Staff were so nice and caring. Everything is very well thought-out with activities and events to entertain guests. Cant wait to go back again!
We had 5 nights here this month. We were given a free upgrade from an entry level room to a Club Suite. This may have been to do with the renovations in the Club wing that were underway but there was hardly any noise and the minimal noise that there was occurred during the day so was not intrusive at all. The service was superb. The gardens are huge, spectacular and run right down to the beach. Would definitely revisit.
Great place to stay with friends/family, health protocol are conducted properly.

Perfect place for staycation. You'll get all you need. Fascinating scenery, delicious food, cozy ambience, fun activities. Direct access to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good massage by the beach so you can relax and hearing the sound of waves.
just such a beautiful hotel. rooms and hotel very nice maintained and rooms always get refreshed and renovated over the last 11 years i already know this place. one of the best IC Club experiences world wide. thank you for having me. I will come back more often
This is great place before the pandemic. However one year pandemic seems to affecting great deal in this place.
We stayed for 4 nights, March 2021. Room was fabulous, we got upgraded tho the aircon was noisy (i assume it hasn t serviced for long time) but they were prompt to fix it. Sadly i didnt get great good night sleeps here.
breakfast was fantastic and attentive staff with gorgeous looking ceramics.
Distance from room to the pool/lobby was too far, unappealing for me as a mother with 2 children, in case i missed anything from the room it was hussle. Food at the restaurant was ok but menu is limited.
Kids club was good and has its own pool & activities but have to pre-book as limited staff. Due the vast-ness of the property you can really see how they struggle to look after it. Overall thank you for the experience,

When you visiting the Goddess Island, it's a must to choose a good hotel to complete your unforgettable travel moments.
Breakfast are nice, with various menu, and you won't get bored. They open restaurant for lunch and dinner. Price aren't cheap, but trust me. It worthy for those mouth watering foods.
My favorite thing is their quality of service. All of the team never failed to provide a personal touch to serve me and my family. They even great me by name, made me feels like they are there to complete my holiday.
Room is great, awesome decoration, so comfortable for me who traveling with kid. Don't worry with the cleanliness, I didn't found the dust with my bare hand.
Internet speed isn't a problem. I can watch my favorite drama all the time without any interruption.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my family, but I really feels that I should stay longer. It's really not enough to enjoy a whole area of this hotel. Pools, children playground, private beach, sports area.
Love the room, since I stay during staycation they upgraded me to Club Rooms and it was magnificent. Love the room design and details. Unfortunately the Lobby and Main pool still under renovation so I only can swim on smaller club pool.
Bed was comfy as usual as Intercontinental Standard, Smart TV in the room, and everything else is just wonderful.
And you can enjoy the great sunset view from the beach too!

From the curbside pick up service at the airport to the flower garland greetings to the friendly and efficient welcome at the Club InterContinental to the daily room attendants cleaning the suite throughly, the entire experience was incomparable.

We booked a Club InterContinental Suite and I loved all the privileges that came with booking this category. The suite was large, accentuated by a subtle and yet exquisite ambiance that was deeply rooted in the Balinese culture. It had a massive balcony that can be accessed from the living room or the bedroom that overlooked a very serene pond and a garden. The spacious bedroom was even dwarfed by the massive bathroom. It was a party bathroom if I ve ever seen one. The toiletries were not the usual InterContinental s featured Agraria products but they offered premium products from Harnn instead.

We had the choice of having breakfast at the Club Lounge for an more intimate setting but we chose to have breakfast at the buffet restaurant the entire time we were there as the selections there were a bit more enticing and obviously, plentiful.

But cocktail hour was always an amazing affair at the Club Lounge. The ambience had a toned-down opulence yet still showcasing Balinese sensitivity. The buffet selections were plentiful as always but what I loved about this place was the fact that they actually serve their guests the beverage of their choice (to their heart s content of course) rather than going to the usual bar to serve themselves. And as enticing as the buffet selections always were, I loved all the canape and hor d'oeuvre that the very friendly lounge attendants delivered to each table.

Tried the incredible spa services too without the very hefty price being charged by similar hotel chains .

The property has 5 pools but I loved the private pool reserved for the inclusive use of Club InterContinental guests. Day or night, it was never busy.

I cannot wait to go back again when travel is a little safer for everyone.
We just finished our 5D 4N stay this hotel and we are still on a hangover from our wonderful experience. Our family with our 2 y.o. enjoyed it so much, from the club lounge, club pool, kids club and the beach. We are so happy most especially from the exceptional service of ALL staff, from the lobby reception all the way up to the duty manager.
Breakfast and tea time was always enjoyable with the very attentive staff. Our kid still mentions her Ibu from the kids club (made a real impression on her). The duty manager showed great service when we had a small problem in our room. And an extra thanks to the club pool staff who were very friendly and took very good care of us during our afternoon swims.
