Pesimoooo service. I arrived and the girl was talking on the phone, I lasted 5 minutes waiting for her to at least tell me to wait for her for a moment, when she hangs up her call she makes me a disagreeable gesture. I do not understand how someone can be serving with such a bad attitude. In short, I will never return.

Good food, bad customer service, at 8:10 p.m. the girl who attends me tells me that she can not sell me the coffee because they close at 9:00 p.m. and the coffee pots are closed. I am a regular customer and the last time I came to me, something similar happened to me, they were mopping up and cleaning us when we were eating.

The food here is delicious! Like ALL restaurants, the fried empanadas etc. thata are on display are not made to order, and on ocassion, might be there a bit longer than you might likeh - that comes with the territory. That being said, the empanadas, breakfast, rib/mondongo soups and hot dogs are all delicious. My wife and I live a few blocks away and we love to come here for breakfast and coffee.

Like most of Miami, the English language is not their forte, but the servers here are nothing short of friendly, always sporting their smiles, and they will take your order in English.

Needless to say, we love this place.

When you enter, they welcome you very well, especially the owner. The attention is excellent. Today I had, "I would say, a not very good experience", the owner, kindly offered me one of the fried foods they prepare, which I know, and stop asking in the opportunities that I have visited the place, because I think they are very salty Taking into account the good attention, I dared, with a little doubt and distrust, and with much respect and low voice, to tell the owner, my concern about the aforementioned product; I noticed a change of attitude, a gesture, of those that one can not hide, when something does not like, he looked at me and said: it's the first time someone tells me that, I'll give one, if you do not like it, throw it in the trash! They served me, I'm going to mention the "empanada", "I asked for other things too". I still felt, that it was overdone, my wife finished eating it; When she paid the bill, we waited, at least she asked us how we thought, which did not happen? Well, I repeat the place is very nice, good food. At this moment, I do not know if I did well to comment on that detail about salt?
