This is a great place for tex Mex food big portions made to order..

Good atmosphere. A bit pricey for the portion size. Good food.

Had more authentic Mexican food at the Chineese restaurant down the road.

Incredible!! Great food, super friendly service, clean and affordable. Found this place almost 10 years ago and have been a regular ever since. Similar idea as Chipotle but a million times better. This is the only location and you will often find the owner making your food, despite having many employees. If you're in the mood for Mexican check this place out, I promise you'll become a regular.

I live in las vegas. Recent work trip took me to Portland. I got the sweet pork chimichanga with sweet rice and beans. The salad with tortilla strips and the sweet basalmic dressing. OMG I dont eat much but I finished everything here.. They need a store here.. 18 hour one way drive is only thing holding me back from getting more.
Staff was pleasant, patient and appearance was clean. I changed my mind while ordering and it wasn't a problem.

My girlfriend and I have been going here for the vegetarian nachos. It's amazing! Service is great too. It's hard to get her to eat anywhere else anymore!

Amazing breakfast burritos, even the Volcano breakfast burrito wasn't very spicy though, but it was still absolutely delicious. Huge portions at very reasonable prices, just make sure to check your topping options and choose what will taste great to you.

You choose what goes into the meal. Never have to have things in your meal you don't like. Good fresh food prepared in front of you.

Best shrimp burrito. Here is what to get: burrito with Mexican rice, refried beans, shrimp, mild (green) salsa on top of the burrito, salad with ranch on the side. Yum!

Worst experience ever! Went there for the first time today and the lady that was cashiering was so mean when I asked a simple question because I had preordered and I asked her if it s better if I was just to come in next time instead of calling ahead of time. To top it off our food was put together so sloppy and my stomach has been hurting ever since I ate it. So disappointed, this place is definitely over rated. They need a health inspection for their food temps and need a new cashier. Employees are the business and if your employees are treating customers bad then you will lose money.

I've been a customer since they opened. I've always enjoyed the chimichanga with a big salad. the jalapeno ranch is great.

Great fresh food. Wonderful staff. Clean and safe place to eat.

We have been coming here for a long time but after today we are done. No masks were used by the patrons most of which where attempting to lean over the glass to breath on the food. The workers were wearing masks and gloves while working. The cashier was wearing her mask down on her chin with her mouth and nose exposed. I am not sure what the point is of limiting service if the customers arent discouraged from spreading germs on the glass and the cashier isnt properly wearing a mask.

The one 's that was working there working was very friendly and the food was really good too thank you.

I was hooked on their Bajio salad when I worked near there. Staff were always nice, convenient location, and yummy food.

I had a good customer service experience. The chicken on my burrito was cooked well. Could have used a bit more flavoring, but I would recommend eating here if you are in the area. Overall a good experience.

Love the food. My meal was cold asked them to warm it up . They said once it goes out they cannot take it back. They were happy to make me a new meal. I thought that was a waste of food.

First visit, staff rushed me along. I asked for salsa in my burrito, they dumped it on top. Asada contained excessive chunks of fat. Otherwise a knockoff of Chipotle. Decent taste.

Better than ever! This is my wifes favorite quick service Mexican restaurant. We come by when we're in the area shopping. Lots of great choices and great experience. The people working the counter are really nice. I like the fajita and tortas.

Eh, this place has some terrible food and their server line is bad at communication. Plus I was bitter about them using some tiny ice cream scoop to serve me a penny sized amount of sour cream and guac. I'll never return.

Green chili chicken salad! Skip the rice, add the mango salsa. D-lish.

I went in with a few friends and there were three people working up front and we waited 10 mins and no one helped up, I understand there were 2 people ahead of us but 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. A simple "We'll be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way but we were ignored the whole time cause the workers were too busy making small talk with the people ahead of us.

Food is great but they have a lot of add-ons $0.60 here $0.60 there

This place is amazing. A little pricey but the quality is outstanding.

Lunch time options were extremely bland, even though I ordered the "spicy" option, it was like eating chunky, barely discernable mush. The shredded beef tasted like cardboard, or unseasoned and old. I am worried I might get sick. I will edit my review if I do. The restaurant workers were helpful, and the line moved quickly, but the food was awful.

Good but not what I expected when I chose Mexican. It is kind of trendy but decent. The quality wasn't exactly spot on. It had some dry cheese on shredded lettuce with retried beans. It could have been worse though. Clean family environment.

Great nachos. We enjoyed it with the pork. The regular size is great for 2 people, we had to order a small also for the 3rd person.

Language barrier led to some confusion ordering our food. Food was delicious.

No clue what gluten free means, or how to be it. "Everything is gluten free" "Even the deep fried fish tacos and wheat tortillas?" "Yes".

OK can't eat here. Nothing on the menu about what has wheat. My swollen purple big toe joint says this isn't optional.

I go here for breakfast most of the time. I really like the breakfast burrito with sausage and a green chili added. Everything is really fresh here and the few times I've had dinner here it's been good. It's not expensive here, but I wouldn't call it cheap either.

We love Bajio! Our favorite is the Bajio salad with all the yummy toppings. The lime chicken is amazing! It was great to see so many people dining in - with social distancing of course! Glad to be back eating in rather than just takeout.

Absolutely the best kept breakfast secret in town! The Banana French Toast with warm, house-made syrup is to DIE for!! - And - under $4. Yum!

I wish your veggie burrito portions particularly the bowl options would be bigger. If one orders pork or any other type of unhealthy stuff the portion is huge, but the vegetarian option is tiny and you still pay the full price. Please make your veggie portions bigger. Thank you!

Bajio is clean, fresh, fast, and the staff are friendly. The food is so good. My kids are very picky, but they even love to eat here.
Oh and FYI their chips are so very good! Yummy

I've been here several times now and never leave disappointed. Food is very flavorful and seems good quality, and service at this QSR is fast and friendly. Highly recommended for fast casual Mexican food if you're in the area.

The breakfast burrito I had was good, but it was pretty small for the price of the burrito. Not sure if id buy anything breakfast related things here again.

We went there on 8/10/2019. I and my toddler felt very uneasy after eating there. I suspect something was wrong with our food. I still have the symptoms of poisoning and planning to get doctor s advice. I will never go to that restaurant again.
