This was the best car buying experience I've had! It started with Oli answering all of my questions over the phone and securing an appointment at their East location for me to sit down and talk out all of the details. Then the experience got even better when Marty greeted me at the door when I walk in. He was friendly, accommodating and worked hard to make sure the down and monthly payments did not exceed what I was comfortable with. If you are in need of a car and want a hassle-free, fun, fast and laid back experience, go see Marty at Baja. He will take care of you. Marty and the entire staff at Baja Auto Sales were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They immediately helped me, as I originally came in worried I would not be able to get a car after being denied at another dealership. I have no/bad credit and have never purchased a car before and had no idea what to expect. Not only did Marty go above and beyond to get me approved but he was very encouraging and patient with me as I worked to get all my paperwork in order. I ended up getting approved on a loan, so I test drove a great vehicle he had picked out for me, I fell in love with it and ended up driving it off the lot.
