Had our closing. People didnt seem very attentive compared to other title offices

Smooth to deal with good places. I worked a broker Kevin Crowell. He is very nice person and professional. He helped me find exactly what I was looking. He is even kind enough to still communicate with me to make sure everything is alright. First impression so far is very good.

Hostile environment. The closer and another worker seemed very agitated. Was very rude with answering questions. In my most honest opinion if you black Stay away!!!! I hardly think they treat other the horrible way me, the buyer the seller and the agent was treated. The 1star was too much!

What a terrible experience with Saretta Joyner. She had our contract in hand for a house that her sellers were suppose to sign. She lied to us and our agent, she continued to show the house for a little extra commission. The day before our inspection, she took another offer and never had her clients sign the contract we agreed upon. If this is how business is done by Seratta and Baird & Warner, stay away! As far away as possible

worst experience for a seller. our agent stated over and over " i cant believe they still want to buy your house". inspection came back. stated there was mold. we have a contractor inspect with a mold detectimg device. NO MOLD. she took the word of everyone but us, the seller. never again.
